Cipla — provident fund

Dear sir
I have worked with cipla (Patalganga) in[protected] in quality control department.
At the time of leaving company i withdraw my pf and got cheque after 4 months.
When i deposited that cheque in my account, the amount returned stating "item listed twice". As per discussion with your pf team i returned cheque to mumbai central office with banks statement. It's have been 6 months i didn't get any solution on that... Your team is not even responding for emails and phone calls. Please look into the matter and resolve it.
