I'm using foracort inhaler and foracort forte since long back as myself and my mother are asthmatic . Now when an inhaler dosage of 120 puff, as it reached at 80 puff, no medicine is coming out while pressing it.not effective and in one month I should buy 3 inhalers and its so expensive

Criminal Coverup. Knowingly trying to alter/destroy batch and lot numbers on defective inhalers

So, I have had asthma since childhood. I purchase the seroflo 250 inhaler and use it as needed. In the last few months, most of the inhalers have stopped working when about 40 doses are left. And I have to run to purchase a new one.
For an expensive medicine like this one, is it fair that it finishes at 2/3 or it’s doses. Asthma being a breathing issue, it gives me anxiety when I realise that the inhaler won’t work further even when it has 1/3 of the doses left. I have been spending money for what?
I would like you all to take this seriously as a concern. A reimbursement of all the trauma and anxiety. At least start making better products because these medicines run our lives. Highly disappointing.

I am using Seroflo250 inhailor since last many years, two puffs/day.
total metered doses on container are written 120, whereas it has never possible to take more than 70 puffs in total. Moreover after 60 puffs medicine becomes ineffective.

I had served in Cipla Ltd from the period 02 Jan 2018 to 31 Jan 2019. Since January 2019, I had been requesting their HR office (Mihorizon Team) to transfer my EPF amount from my CIPLA TRUST Account (No. MHBAN[protected] to my current EPFO Account (PBCHD[protected]. However, despite my several requests through emails, the needful has still not been done even after a lapse of over two years which is quite frustrating.

Though I had submitted the Form 13 (Transfer Out Application) and completed all formalities including linking o[censored]AN-KYC etc as required, I was informed by Mihorizon team that my 'Transfer out application has been rejected due to Online Error – ‘Aadhaar as per current UAN is empty’

In this connection, vide my email dated 22 Jun 2021, I had drawn their attention to the ‘Online Claim Status’ of my said account which clearly shows that Form-13 (Transfer Out) has been submitted on 12 Jan 2020 and ‘The claim (Claim id. MHBAN[protected] has been settled on 31 Jan 2020. Amount and service has been shown as transferred to PBCHD[protected]’.

Though the Claim Status has been shown as settled, surprisingly, the amount reflected is ‘Zero’. PF has therefore not been transferred (reference may please be made to the attachment).

Despite my numerous emails and reminders, the response of the Mihorizon Team in sympathetically dealing with the matter, providing assistance and resolving the issue has been extremely casual and utterly disappointing. It appears that they have no concern at all for their ex employees.

Kindly help to do the needful as I am feeling frustrated and harassed

Received a call from cipla to attend interview amount should be payable of rs. 999 which is refundable after interview either selected or not. After interview not attending orelse no response

It doesn't work after 80 or 100 doses.
This problem accuring with me and my mother from last 4 or 5 inheler.
Medicine is still in container but it don't spray duff.
It is very bad and lethal situation in emergency like at night or far away from medical shop.
Plz resolve this problem in your product.

Cashe — Emi deducted twice in January
I had manually paid the EMI for January on 31th January (5337 ₹). Despite the payment, cashe has deducted another 5337₹ through e mandate on the same month on 31th January. I have raised a ticket but no response yet.
Kindly check and resolve ASAP!!

I have been using this product since 1997 or 98, I have written few series of emails to company regarding its fault. But they are stick to its - fix up the responsibility policy, if every part is up to the mark then why the product is useful up to 70% only? I have provided them empty cartridges for fault finding also but they failed in diagnosis and every part of the product is perfect as per their investigation.
I have given them offer if they are so much sure about quality of the product then they should send me any batch sample (at my cost) which will last as specified by them (120 effective doses) but they have stopped communication.
I blamed them that they are not following ISO guidelines because they don't have my mobile number or data base where from they can contact me. I am not communicating with them first time. Their representatives had a talk with me many times then how they can delete data base of complainant if dispute not cleared?

I contacted Cipla pharma on July 22, 2021 that I had two defective albuterol inhalers which i took back to Walgreen’s pharmacy and I was advised to contact Cipla pharma. Cipla finally responded on 8/31/2021. I was then contacted by a Cipla agent via phone and she told me to take the two defect inhalers to Walgreens and they would replace them. I took them back to pharmacy and they told me I need a replacement authorization from Cipla faxed to[protected]. since that time, I have been getting the run around from Cipla. case# cippc21-1280. my phone #[protected]. I recently went through a hurricane, and lost power for over a week. Temperature in my house was 100°. Noticed my inhaler wasn't working properly, even after being able to store at room temperature for a few days. Called just to see if I need a new one, due to the storage temperature, and was connected to a very nice lady who sounded like she was in her car with the windows down, and her accent was so thick I could barely understand her, and she could barely understand me. I still don't know the answer to my question!

As my mother is suffering from asthma from a long period around 10 years and from last 5-6 or more, she is inhaling "foracort inhaler 200" according to doctor's advice.
The problem is this, the last 5 "foracort inhaler 200" which i purchased with a metered doses, are actually not output the complete doses. means it suddenly stops out-hale from pump. when i checked so it meter shows...
1. around 20 dose left
2. around 20 dose left
3. around 40 dose left
4. around 60 dose left
and the last was too much shocking as it stops at 80 doses left.
i contacted the dealer/seller so he replied that there is no solution/answer from his side as well as from MR side.
Sir...as you know that the cost of one "foracort inhaler 200" is around 300 to 360 which is actually is not affordable for a middle class family. but the above of this is that "foracort inhaler 200" is suddenly stops to out-hale which cause severe problem like emergency due to which it can cause a astham attach too.
So sir it requesting you that i am not claiming my money back but please do the product default free

Broken edge tablet was found

From last 2-3 months the Asthaline Inhailers made by CIPLA in India are coming defective. The canister suppose to contain 200 metered doses. But hardly after first 40 to 60 doses it acts like no medicine is getting released from canister.

This is not a issue with any particular batch of manf. but with several batches. I am regular buyer of CIPLA Inhailers about 20-30 units a month for family.

The quality of the product has gone bad a lot and since no other company produces this product in India, no option to buy any other equivalent product.

Ye bahut dukh ki baat hai or complaint bhi nahi ker tha.

Myself Ankita Pise, resident of Airoli Navi Mumbai raising complaint on the quality of Tablet Productive F, Cipla Ltd (Batch No CPF 0002)
I have ongoing consultation at Dr.Anita Kharat Gyanecologist Matrutva Hospital Mulund in Mumbai. On date 6th Feb 2021 she prescribed me Tab. Productive F & same has been purchased from nearby Prime Chemist Airoli . After 3 dosage I found tablet is not proper wherein coating is improper & inside powder is coming out (Images attached for your reference). I immediately stop taking medicine & filed complaint to doctor.
This is serious issue about the quality of the medicine Cipla is selling in the market & this substandard medicine can have adverse effect on my health.
Now please revert me what need to be done for this issue or should I file legal complaint for the same.

Cipla Salbutamol Inhalation IP emptied after only 60-80 doses instead of the printed 200 metered doses. As per dose counter.
Happening for the past three consecutive months.

I have purchased two SEROFLO250MG Inhaler from LIFELINE Park Street Branch Kolkata 0n 31.12.2020.having bill no.78759.The first one I opened on the second week of January. After pressing the canister firmly, I find no gas comes out. After trying several times, I find no gas comes out. Further, I am surprised to note that the dose counter is not moving. Then I press the Canister very vigorously, I find the Dose Counter moves but no gas comes out. Now the dose counter indicates 80/60 when I stopped using it further for your inspection. Now I am using the second box where the counter dose is moving slowly but it is manageable. I am a Super Senior Citizen using your product for more than ten years and I have never ever encountered any of this problem before. Since I am retired, it is difficult to sustain as the medicine is very costly. I want really your cooperation, help, support and understanding in the matter preferably replacement of the medicine. Tablets looks really horrible. It may be coating defects or it is due to inappropriate moisture after coating.
Film layer of coating have bubbles-bubbles looks. Same defected film layer is peeling out easily.

The capsules are stick to each other and the medicine inside has leaked

Complaint of 200 metered doses duolin inhaler where still shown count of 60, but no output when we push for inhale . tried more than 25 times as no inhale from the counter when shown 80.

The twist and snap action to open Duolin respule containers is not clean leaving small orifice to empty the contents.
Lot no. GA91187
Also the quality of plastic used for the Duolin respules is harder than the quality used for Cipla made Budecort respule containers making the opening action difficult. This issue is existing since at least 2 years i.e.[protected].
Please look into the above quality issues and rectify.

I had worked in Cipla Ltd., from 25.04.2011 to 10.01.2014 with PF no. MH/BAN/1073/35859. I am followed up with Company for PF transfer, where I got transfer letter but same not received by PF authority at Hyderabad. Now I am not able to get PF transfer status with above number.

Pharmacy provides schedule h drug (Asthalin inhaler) without prescription.. Being a potential threat to public health.

Duolin inhaler system containing upto 100 metered doses instead of 200 metered doses.The is happening since last four to five months.I kept all 5 nos.of Duolin inhalers (purchased from our local medicine retail dealers) in my custody for an evidence.it is very much shocking, embarrassing and unhealthy style of business.It is dangerous for a patient of COPD too.
Please look into the matter without any delay, as it is extremely serious for a patient.
A positive move by the manufacturer is expected.

1. My tiova inhaler b. No. Ba91593 contained only 174 doses instead of 200 metered doses.
2. The mechanism of foracort 200 autohaler b. No. Gb81379 started malfunctioning after delivering about 100 metered doses.
Please address this complaint for these inhalers and also for future.
