CISF — Abusive behaviour: female security checking at Mumbai Airport

I want to complaint about the security women who was doing checking at terminal 2 at 05.45am She doesnt have any manners and spoke very rudely without any reason. She judged me bybasking if I was travelling the first time and what my destination was. Her words were khud ko jyada shani samajti hai kya chup chap khadi reh, mai kya machine hu kya ki tere do dekh ke check karu. Then she started shouting all the women in queue, a girl was standing with her old lady who needed support she shouted on her too. People are already scared and these people by shouting on them scare them. We represent India, and if she does this for everyone, our status changes within a second just because of this women. Please teach her how to talk to the people visiting and request you to take action on her. This is not at all acceptable. The airport is in name of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, in whose era women were respected and this lady without any reason shouts and abuses. A humble request.
