I am senior citizen age 66 years, practising lawyer and retired central govt. Employee holding high respectable post in customs. I need to travel a lot by air. I am from mumbai.
I know what is safety & security, anti-national elements, terrorist etc.
I have to pass through the security checks at various airports all over india. Like all others, my baggage is also subjected to screening. I know very well the screening as i was also overall in-charge for screening of baggage at airports that to international high end passengers (Pax).
In the name of security, your staff has harassed me many times. They tell me to put all electronic items in the bag. Then during screening, i am made to remove electronic items from bag. I carry 3 mobiles, 1 charger and 2 power banks. I have stationery items box and various personal belongings. They make me remove everything from hand bag. Once removed it takes hell lot of time to re-arrange.
Once or twice i have seen the live screen to know what images make them remove my items. It was sheer nonsense. I would like to narrate details but short of space here. Tell me how to write by email.

If one cannot identify items on screen he is unfit for screening.in the name of security, pl don't harass genuine passengers.
There are other ways to recognise passengers. All should not be equated with criminal, notorious persons. Read the profiles, body language. Use your experience and intelligence.
We are indian citizens and have civil rights and cisf is not above constitution of india which please note.

I was getting my belongings scanned at the chharapati Shivaji airport Mumbai, to board 6E 799, indigo flight, to Bengaluru, on date 13 May, 7:35 pm, at the men checking countier.
My green coloured small suitcase was held for recheck by a tall security person, as I had my gold ornaments in it, the person on the pretext, took my white poly bag for recheck, he hid it from my side and after 3 minutes, he returned it to me, saying you have artificial jewellery also in it, I got doubted how did he know, but he said we not opened, on checking myself, I found my gold coin with cover was robbed. Were for 35 k . With receipt. Now my request is to you is please sue these robbers in uniform and return my hard earned item to me. My relative high Custom officer gudided me that you will get me my lost item back.

We were travelling from port blair to havelock by the 1.15 pm makkruzz ship on 26th dec. We kept our laptop bag under scanner around 12.20 pm. We could not find the bag on the other side of the scanner. When requested for cctv footage we got to know that the camera at the security scanner room does not work. Bag - laptop, purse, atm cards, pan, dl.

Dear sir,

I am flying for goair and as you are aware we operate from terminal 2. Due to lack of food outlets at arrival i often go to terminal 3 arrival to eat after operating my flight.
Today, 23/12/2017 at 0120 hrs i was denied entry in a rude manner by the guard at gate 1. I then called the inspector in charge to request but he also told me that in spite of my current aep i cannot enter. Name of inspector abhishek kumar
I demand explanation, on what basis entry was denied to me.

My mother and sister are travelling from 6e 508 on 19th november 2017 from patna to delhi. There was one lady who was making video of entire patna airport and she was making the video of my sister also. My mother saw her and got the video deleted but when she complained it to cisf officials they did not even ask the lady about it. They just assured my mother that they will be fine. The thing is she was making video of entire security area also at patna airport and no cisf official was even bothered to enquire her. Our security and whole airport security was compromised. What if she is disguised as terrorist?

There are few cisf guards appointed at agartala airport who un-necessarily harrases the passengers and senior citizens and make fun of them

2 guards, mainly mahesh doori and nagendra singh, they were harassing all people that they cannot take drinking water and medicines along with them to flight,

I (Mr. Paul) was travelling from agartala to kolkata on 13th oct 2017, on flight 6e 4114, and witnessed the below...

I missed boarding my flight as the security person held my baggage for extra 10 mins... Had a flight from chennai to guwahati on indigo 6e 112 on 22nd september 2017.

I missed my flight just because of this incident. Now i have no flight to guwahati till 25th september 2017.

What am i supposed to do till 25th?? Who will pay for my food & shelter and next flight ticket cost??

On 29th july 2017, i was on my way to checkin to vaishali metro station. There was a cisf cop named sunil kumar who was checking in people who were coming to take metro. I, Rajbala Sharma, was getting pension from SBI since, 1978 (34 Years.) from below mentioned branches.

In 1981, SBI Branch R.K.Puram Sector 1. new Delhi, transferred my pension to SBI Branch Jodhpur Takera (ISRO), Ahemdabad,.

In 2006, SBI Branch Jodhpur Tekra ISRO, Ahemdabad, transferred my pension to SBI Branch Malviya Nagar, New Delhi-17. From 2006 I am getting my pension regularly from Malviya Nagar Branch.

But, I am Sorry to say, after 6th pay commission some amount (Approx. 1000/- ruppes) has been deducting regularly every month from my pension and from Oct 2011 anotmy amount (approxRs.1000/-) is deducting. I also went to CENTRAL PENSION ACCOUNTING OFFICE, TRIKOOT-II, BHIKAJI KAMA PLACE, NEW DELHI-66. They gave me a copy of family pension act and according to this act I should get full pension.

I also went to your Chandni Chowk Branch. First they told me that my age is only 40 years that is why the amount is deducting. I submitted the age proof to them. Then they are giving another excuse that they have my pension record from 1981 to till date. Record of 1978 to 1981 is missing.

So, it is my humble request please sends my pension record from 1978 and gives me needful suggestions

on 09/09/2011 i m working at Mumbai domestic airport on that day i was passing the airport checking area into the airport one CISF staff has stop me and i asked him that what happen suddenly he started to beating me very badly i m trying to save myself then three cisf staff has they also had started to beating me they teared my uniform broke my cell phone .then go control room to log a complaint against them .the sr.cisf officer he started to torching to me and i mtelling him that i was not in fault they are not listing to me .and what till yet i didn't get any justice . the PEOPLE OF CISF ALL ARE CORRUPTED AND ILLITERATE AND DON'T UNDERSTAND ANY THING.THEY DUMP PEOPLE.
I HAD NEVER SEEN THIS KIND OF DUMP PEOPLE IN MY LIVE .IF WHO EVER IS HANDLING THIS AIRPORT SECURITY SYSTEM SO PLEASE CHANGE PEOPLE THIS MY REQUEST ..

sir, i[protected] ex SI/e of CISF (Ministry of home affairs) left the service and applied for final withdrawal in Month of June 2010. My previous unit was hyderabad airport CIS[censored]nit hyderabad and my gpf account[protected] was at 023801 RPAO(CISF), Chennai. Till now i have not received any amount which is mine.

Now I am deployed/posted in Delhi from Arakkonam. I have submitted application for transfer to account at SBI Branch ISBT Kashmere Gate Delhi, more than 4 times since July'2010. But my saving account has not yet transfered. This account No. is using for salary purpose, now I am facing lots of problem.

I am in receipt of regular pension, however, after the sixth pay commission i have yet to receive my revised pension. Kindly do the needful. My pay fixation was not done after the sixth pay commission since i have overstayed leave. I am requesting only for my revised pension arrears and benefits after the sixth pay commission.

Sir I had gave application to transfered my saving account & ppf both are linked saving account number [protected] and PPF number is [protected] both are at vakola (1467) santacruz Mumbai . My saving account had been transfered at Meenambkkam (05789) but PPF is not. Now you are requested to please transfered my PPF account also.

dear sir/madam, i have transfered rs/- 5000 ( five thousands ) from my sbi atm card no[protected] to another sbi card no. [protected] through sbi atm near kailash hospital greater noida branch on 09.10.09. the amount has been deducted from my account but did not credited to the payee card holder's account. requested to look into the matter so that i can get my money back in my account worth rs/- 5000 (five thousands).
