Sir I have bought a iPhone 8 plus from CISF constable Srikanth he is from Rajasthan they took payment from me as he promised to deliver phone on my address but after taking payment they all switch off they are phones I have all proofs and audio recordings, I am sending he is identity card and some other proof sir please take my complaint seriously I am 12000 earning employer and they took my 25000 rupees as a promise to deliver phone

request for final payment of gpf

I, v. Shanmuganathan ex. Inspector (Min) no. 7639021/[protected] formerly of 12th reserve bn., farakka removed from service on 12.4.2000. I submitted my claim to commandant, 4th reserve bn., ranchi and commandant dm bn., mundali (Orissa) as 12th reserve bn., was dismantled. Please advice / guide me to the appropriate authority to whom i should communicate / approach to get my gpf account settled. Dg cisf may also like to issue instructions/orders for settlement of my gpf claim as i am deprived of the claim for past several years. Recently on 24.4.2018, submitted a petition to dg cisf new delhi (L & r) and awaiting response.

harassment by baggage screening staff at domestic airports

I am senior citizen age 66 years, practising lawyer and retired central govt. Employee holding high respectable post in customs. I need to travel a lot by air. I am from mumbai.
I know what is safety & security, anti-national elements, terrorist etc.
I have to pass through the security checks at various airports all over india. Like all others, my baggage is also subjected to screening. I know very well the screening as i was also overall in-charge for screening of baggage at airports that to international high end passengers (Pax).
In the name of security, your staff has harassed me many times. They tell me to put all electronic items in the bag. Then during screening, i am made to remove electronic items from bag. I carry 3 mobiles, 1 charger and 2 power banks. I have stationery items box and various personal belongings. They make me remove everything from hand bag. Once removed it takes hell lot of time to re-arrange.
Once or twice i have seen the live screen to know what images make them remove my items. It was sheer nonsense. I would like to narrate details but short of space here. Tell me how to write by email.

If one cannot identify items on screen he is unfit for screening.in the name of security, pl don't harass genuine passengers.

Hey sir i saw iphone x on olx account name shrikant and he saw me id proof of Aadhar card n phone bill n cisf card thn nxt day i tranfered money and phone not delivered yet after transferring money they all switched mobile and after complaint i knew that they are fraud and i transfer about 1 lakh

recovery of robbed gold from security check officer

To - Commandant CISF. CST airport.
I was getting my belongings scanned at the chharapati Shivaji airport Mumbai, to board 6E 799, indigo flight, to Bengaluru, on date 13 May, 7:35 pm, at the men checking countier.
My green coloured small suitcase was held for recheck by a tall security person, as I had my gold ornaments in it, the person on the pretext, took my white poly bag for recheck, he hid it from my side and after 3 minutes, he returned it to me, saying you have artificial jewellery also in it, I got doubted how did he know, but he said we not opened, on checking myself, I found my gold coin with cover was robbed. Were for 35 k . With receipt. Now my request is to you is please sue these robbers in uniform and return my hard earned item to me. My relative high Custom officer gudided me that you will get me my lost item back.

loss of laptop bag under security scanner

We were travelling from port blair to havelock by the 1.15 pm makkruzz ship on 26th dec. We kept our laptop bag under scanner around 12.20 pm. We could not find the bag on the other side of the scanner. When requested for cctv footage we got to know that the camera at the security scanner room does not work. Bag - laptop, purse, atm cards, pan, dl.

I was traveling by AI-410, Patna-Delhi, date 15th May 2018. While going thru security check at Patna Airport at about 1230 to 1245 pm I kept my purse and mobile in tray for x ray screening. After my security check waited other side for about 5 to 10 minutes for my purse and mobile. There were no passenger behind me. After receiving purse and mobile I proceeded for boarding. Now I realized that Rs 2500/- is missing from my purse.
The CCTV review of the area during above timing will definitely reveal the truth as as they delayed the screening of purse and mobile intentionally to pilfer Rs 2500/- from my purse.

entry denied at terminal 3 arrival to go air pilot with aep for all airports
Dear sir,
I am flying for goair and as you are aware we operate from terminal 2. Due to lack of food outlets at arrival i often go to terminal 3 arrival to eat after operating my flight.
Today, 23/12/2017 at 0120 hrs i was denied entry in a rude manner by the guard at gate 1. I then called the inspector in charge to request but he also told me that in spite of my current aep i cannot enter. Name of inspector abhishek kumar
I demand explanation, on what basis entry was denied to me.

regarding carelessness of cisf officers at patna airport

My mother and sister are travelling from 6e 508 on 19th november 2017 from patna to delhi. There was one lady who was making video of entire patna airport and she was making the video of my sister also. My mother saw her and got the video deleted but when she complained it to cisf officials they did not even ask the lady about it. They just assured my mother that they will be fine. The thing is she was making video of entire security area also at patna airport and no cisf official was even bothered to enquire her. Our security and whole airport security was compromised. What if she is disguised as terrorist?

unnecessarily harassing senior citizens at the security check in agartala airport for drinking water. spoiling the good work of other staffs.

There are few cisf guards appointed at agartala airport who un-necessarily harrases the passengers and senior citizens and make fun of them
2 guards, mainly mahesh doori and nagendra singh, they were harassing all people that they cannot take drinking water and medicines along with them to flight,
I (Mr. Paul) was travelling from agartala to kolkata on 13th oct 2017, on flight 6e 4114, and witnessed the below incidents that day.
1) they stopped some old senior citizens (Should be more than 65-70) and asked them to empty all their water from bottles and also the medicines stating that these arenot allowed in hand baggage, and mentioning they should purchase water from flight.
2) also they were stopping small kids from taking frooti pouches, if more than 1, only 1 small pouch was allowed, rest was asked to submit to them. And they are drinking those.
3) they are collecting all food items and lot of sweet boxes also at their desk and laughing amongst themseleves, mainly these 2 staffs i noticed (Mahesh doori and nagendra singh).
Whereas in other airports and even in agartala aiport, i have seen other cisf staffs working very diligently,
So request you all to take some actions against them so that the good work is not spoiled, or atleast ask them not to harrass old people's if they want food or sweets they can ask for it, but request them not to harass people.

I have submitted my gatepass forwarding for new gate pass on photo counter...My serial no is 11 and the cisf female officer did others paper instead of me...
When i asked for my paper ..she directly thrown my paper outside and shouted on me...And also behaved very rude with me...
Is this the behaviour we are expecting from these officers.

unnecessarily harassed at the security check
I missed boarding my flight as the security person held my baggage for extra 10 mins... Had a flight from chennai to guwahati on indigo 6e 112 on 22nd september 2017.
I missed my flight just because of this incident. Now i have no flight to guwahati till 25th september 2017.
What am i supposed to do till 25th?? Who will pay for my food & shelter and next flight ticket cost??

cheap behavior of cisf cop sunil kumar
On 29th july 2017, i was on my way to checkin to vaishali metro station. There was a cisf cop named sunil kumar who was checking in people who were coming to take metro. Suddenly when i went to check in, he beahaved like a very very cheap person. I was wearing a jeans and a vest type tshirt (Sando). He saw me and said, tere paas shirt nahi h kya jo bina kapdo ke ghum raha h, side me aaja tu. It was so embarrassing and cheap behavior in front od so many people. I told him listem its not your duty to advise people on what to wear and what not and he started abusing me and talking in a very cheap manner to which i argued and replied that ill file a complaint against you tp which he replied as if he hardly cared.
Such is the cheap mentality of these people. If he can say such things to a boy what can he say to a girl.
It was really a pathetic behavior from a person whom we think are here for our protection but that man was an ill mannered and cheap guy. Also tge officials along witg hin started taking his side. I got the number to complaint against him but they even hardly bothered to file my complaint.
I wish such kind of security professionals are not what we need and they must be taught a good lesson.
I hope an action against him

My Husband Late Dharamvir Sharma, No.7317340, had been killed on duty on dated 13 Dec. 1977 in CIS[censored]nit Khetri, Rajasthan.
I, Rajbala Sharma, was getting pension from SBI since, 1978 (34 Years.) from below mentioned branches.

But, I am Sorry to say, after 6th pay commission some amount (Approx. 1000/- ruppes) has been deducting regularly every month from my pension and from Oct 2011 anotmy amount (approxRs.1000/-) is deducting. I also went to CENTRAL PENSION ACCOUNTING OFFICE, TRIKOOT-II, BHIKAJI KAMA PLACE, NEW DELHI-66. They gave me a copy of family pension act and according to this act I should get full pension.
I also went to your Chandni Chowk Branch. First they told me that my age is only 40 years that is why the amount is deducting. I submitted the age proof to them. Then they are giving another excuse that they have my pension record from 1981 to till date. Record of 1978 to 1981 is missing.
So, it is my humble request please sends my pension record from 1978 and gives me needful suggestions

rude behavior against staff

on 09/09/2011 i m working at Mumbai domestic airport on that day i was passing the airport checking area into the airport one CISF staff has stop me and i asked him that what happen suddenly he started to beating me very badly i m trying to save myself then three cisf staff has they also had started to beating me they teared my uniform broke my cell phone .then go control room to log a complaint against them .the sr.cisf officer he started to torching to me and i mtelling him that i was not in fault they are not listing to me .and what till yet i didn't get any justice . the PEOPLE OF CISF ALL ARE CORRUPTED AND ILLITERATE AND DON'T UNDERSTAND ANY THING.THEY DUMP PEOPLE.
I HAD NEVER SEEN THIS KIND OF DUMP PEOPLE IN MY LIVE .IF WHO EVER IS HANDLING THIS AIRPORT SECURITY SYSTEM SO PLEASE CHANGE PEOPLE THIS MY REQUEST ..
LIKE THIS SO MANY PASSENGER AND STAFF ARE IN TROUBLE WITH CIST STAFF.

It is submitted that I, Insp Sanjeev Kumar Lall No[protected] Ex- INSP/EXE had proceeded on complulsory retirement on 03/01/2012. But till date I did not received my full GPF/ commutation of pay amount. It is difficult for a retired person to survive without money and to handle family expenses also. Kindly you are requested to consider my complaint em pathetically and remitt my benefits as soon as possible.

Pension grievance
My ppo number is[protected]. I was given compulsory retirement with full pension benefits on june 2006. I am in receipt of regular pension, however, after the sixth pay commission i have yet to receive my revised pension. Kindly do the needful. My pay fixation was not done after the sixth pay commission since i have overstayed leave. I am requesting only for my revised pension arrears and benefits after the sixth pay commission.

During the Month of August 2018, I contact with the unit commander through phone and their replay was one special messenger has already been sent to process the case, but till date, no information has since been received from them about the action or I got revision pension from Bank.
It is therefore requested kindly to look into the matter and favorable action may please be taken for the sake of the benefit of a pensioner, please.

Sir I had gave application to transfered my saving account & ppf both are linked saving account number [protected] and PPF number is [protected] both are at vakola (1467) santacruz Mumbai . My saving account had been transfered at Meenambkkam (05789) but PPF is not. Now you are requested to please transfered my PPF account also.

Delay in pension benefits
Dear Sir,
I didnot recieve my gratuity and pension since my retirement dated 30th July 2008 in my account of SBI with account number [protected], main branch, Hyderabad. This regarding a pay and Pension order issued by RPAO (CISF Chennai) wide no[protected] dated 17-04-09.But the amount is not included in my account and 6th pay commission arrears also is not recieved for the above subject. I requested to the concerned official to make it earliest.

This regarding a pay and Pension order issued by RPAO (CISF Chennai) wide no[protected] dated 17-04-09.But the amount is not included in my account and 6th pay commission arrears also is not recieved for the above subject. I requested to the concerned official to make it earliest.

i am a retired cisf inspector. my ppo number - 16475/p on 1988. at the time had recieved Rs.503 after commutation, i had recieved only Rs.336. My pension regularized on 2003. But i did not recive any letter from pension office. From november 2009 i am getting Rs.4454. Am i getting the right payment? please send the copy of the basic pay details from 1988 to till today. I no.[protected] SI/Exe got retired on 31/01/1998 and a commuted payment of Rs.1, 38, 449/- was given. An amount of Rs.1103/- per month is been deducted from my pension amount from february 1998 onwards and still is going on.

and that what pension iam getting form SBI bank i could not understand, being a center govt; pensioner iam not able to say, what is my pension, what are the benifites can i have.

i was retired after 22 yrs service from paramilitery forces my last basic pension before 6th pay commission was 2358/- after comutation of 943/-my pension was 1415/-. what is my basic pension after 6th pay commsiion present pension and govt declare 50% pension. what i am applicable for the 50% pension? now what is my present pension and total arrear. please intimate your reply my id ([protected]@gmail.com).i was retired w e f 1/03/2005.
ya i to agree wit d above statements done by the CISF people regarding the delay of the pension benefits after thier vrs, the department people are behaving as if giving vrs is a crime and the punishent for that is the delay of their amount, but they should understand that no one will go for vrs until and unless they have somre problems, financially or physically, and they should not be treated in a way where they feel ill about the organisation where they have worked so far, so i require the department to look into this issues and do the needfull.
