Cisf — rude unprofessional constable

This is to complain against constable chanda kumari who was stationed at gate no 1, haus khas metro station at 1pm on 13th feb 2019.
I have short hair and was in sports attire when i went to the women's checking line. One i reached the constable she asked me if i was a boy or a girl to which i said 'girl'. She then proceeded to make a face at me, in judgement of my appearance. When she did this, i said 'i am not a fool to come through the women's line if i was a boy'
To this she got angry and started shouting at me saying that i look at a boy and that i could have made a mistake. When i asked for her name she refused to give it to me. She was not wearing a name tag. When i asked the other constables they also refused to give me her name, telling me to 'let the matter go'.
As a citizen of this country i have a right to complain against a constable. This right was denied to me. I was made to wait for half an hour while they called a senior constable - all this while refusing to give me her name and not being able to answer why she wasn't wearing a name tag.
I wish to complain against chanda kumari. No checking constable has the right to shout at anybody or pass judgement on their gender for no reason.
I hope that some action is taken against this terrible behaviour i was subject to this morning.
