I along with my wife went through security check in at business class counter to catch AI 642 from Bangaluru to mumbai. The flight was scheduled at 21.25 and because of huge traffic we have to rush to boarding gate. We purchased clove, dalachini, coffee, cardamom and wine from Coorg plantation depot. Because of late entry we took these items in handbag ( as we don’t have the time for checkin ). We requested several time to CISF personnel but they were totally unprofessional and full of arrogant. Even we were having bills for those items. But not only they kept certain items but also misbehaved.
