    My name is Jhunjhun Tripathy and I had ordered (Product) of RS. Amount 19490/- in Amazon on (26-November-2019) and after (26-November-2019) I returned this order due to personal reason. And on (26-November-2019)
    Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
    [protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So
    please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number ends with (************1512)

      I applied for a citibank card along with all my details and that too at the request of one of their customer service executive. But without even giving me proper details of the application form approval process, they rejected it saying
      "we regret to inform you that we are currently unable to approve your application for a citibank card, as the particulars provided by you do not meet our internal policy guidelines."

      I gave my id proof dl and 2 months salary slips.
      Still it was rejected. This is not fair as i give my whole details to bank, and i am not even issued the card. My information can be misused and can be illegally reported.

      Either all my documents should be returned or the card should be issued.

        I am ur card holder since 2006 and a correct paymaster now my a/c is debited for rs.15653/-on 22-11-19 for metlife insurance premium without my concern, i had last year itself cancelled the policy due to increased priemum and got the amount reversed which clearly says i am not continuing the policy, but now again they have debited without my knowledge this is clean misuse and i already has raised this is on 22-11-19 itself ref no. 3030 to ankita by phone but still no reversal has been done i am terribly unhappy of spending my precious time to this and req you to immediately do the needed, further delay will force me to lodge a complaint to banking ombudsman

          Hi sir, i applied for the credit card on 12th nov but till now i am unable to use it. First they have my wrong phone number and now finally today we got it updated today after so much trouble and concerns. Really this is the worst services i have seen in my life. Now today i am trying to activate/generate a pin to use my credit card i am unable to do so.. I mean what the hell now then i called your customer executive they said oh no you are not able to use it because u need to send us 3 months salary slip and bank statements which i sent today on your email (Retail. Dox. [protected]@citi.com) and now they are saying it will 4 more days to get it activated which means almost a month to get a credit card, oh come on man give me a break, if you guys are already aware about the fact that without these documents card will not activated why dont you guys told me in begining about this. I mean this is a serious issue you should work on it, your team is giving falseor half information to customers. Anywayz i need my card activated asap because on 28th nov i have to go to us for 1 month for some work, somplease help me to get my card activated thank you.. Eagerly waiting for your reply.

              Hii i have received a call from a girl named neha she introduced herself as a citibank employee. And told me that citibank provides loan against insurance policy. As if you want to take loan of 300000 than you will need to buy a policy of 10% of loan amount as its 30000 for 3 lakh loan.they said you have to pay online for this scheme. And i have paid 35000.                   Dear sir,
                  On 17 November 2019, I received a fraud call from mobile no. [protected] for PAYTM KYC update.
                  He asked me for 1 Rs. Transfer from my citi bank credit card to my PAYTM wallet. I transferred and he hold my mobile for approx. 5 minutes. In these 5 minute he hacked my mobile and transferred the approx. 250000 rs. Amount from my credit card.
                  Approx. 200000 rs. Amount he directly transferred to some unknown accounts and 60000 rs. He transferred in my PAYTM wallet and from my PAYTM wallet to some unknown PAYTM accounts.

                    I am rohan, i received a call in august from a person claiming to be from citibank. He told me that the bank is giving loan against policy and told me to buy a policy from bharti axa life of rs.70000. He told me that i will receive a loan of 8lakhs in 15 days in august, 2019. He called me from a landline no.+[protected] which was tagged as bank in truecaller. Its been 3 months since i took the policy and havent rexeived the loan amount, i am posting now to warn others to beware these fake calls.
                    The person who called me claimed to be rahul sharma (No.[protected]). Please beware of these fraud calls.

                    I too received a call from someone claiming to be from Citibank and was offering a similar plan. I told I shall call him back but I was still unsure about his authenticity. It is unfortunate that you became a victim of this but thanks to you for spreading the awareness. I wish we could bring these fraudster in the open...

                      I have applied though amazon.in for citi rewards credit card. On telephonic conversation the executive confirm my all details and feed them. After conversation they accepted my application and provide me ref no[protected]. After that i submit my hard copy of aadhar card and a photo to the executive at my office address. After 5 days i have received a mail stating that they can not process my application as my address proof not match with the details feeded in form. Only mistake is they feed my house no c17 in place of 317. On this basis they rejected my application. I request them to reprocess the application but they rejected. I have also other bank credit cards on same address proof. If my application is rejected due to cibil score i have no problem but they rejected my application on the basis of small mistake which is made by executive who feed the form. Its not my fault. This type of behaviour from citibank not acceptable.. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

I checked and found the amount got deducted from my citi account. I have done no ecs and most informative and alarming is its showing hana bank as the creditor which
                        Name i have never heard of. How to get the money debited back to my account.? Whuy on earth most of the posts shows is this kind of happening is with citi banks only is quite unfortunate

                          An employee of citibank who has either quit the company or doing it from within citibank called up with all my credit card confidential information like credit card number, expiry date, cvv and including credit reward points which was only known to me. Believing that it's a legitimate caller from citi i shared the otp and he took out 1 lakh 12 thousand from my cc to top up his paytm and mobiquik. An fir is filed with bangalore cyber police and the investigation is on, citibank is constantly harassing almost on daily basis to make the payment without actually doing the investigation and finding out the fraudulent caller who is sitting out there and doing the same thing with many other customers.

                            In 9th month bill i got 3 transactions with double time replication.
                            430 rupees
                            374.19 rupees
                            1015.05 rupees.
                            Since the time i am keep on calling customer care, one amount in the above got reverted i. E., 374.19.
                            Today if i call again to customer care officer, she replied that, we can not do further investigation, if you want you can take any action, that amount also we just reverted for to satisfy customer. I asked her to send written email to me to proceed further. Please do favor in this matter.in a month if 3 transactions with double time replication happen, i don't know how many happen since long months.
                            I hope i will get quick favor for me.

                              I have been writing to the citibank to close my credit card ending 7027. I sent several requests in the last couple of months. I am not using their cards at all. Further, this bank has not been quite professional in their dealings.

                              Their refusal to close the card is not acceptable. Kindly advise them to close my card.

                                  Used my IDBI bank atm to withdraw money from Citi bank atm in Commerzone, Yerwada, Pune. Tried 2 transactions of 10000 each. Every time transaction error was displayed and cash was not dispensed but deducted from account.

                                    I received a credit card statement saying, where they made a demand for paying 1147 for some charges. It's free for life card. This is unacceptable. There was no pending bills to be cleared. Never spend on my card for more than 6 months and nothing is due. And still getting statements asking to clear dues.
                                    So i asked them to close the cards. (Two cards where there). But they refuse to close. Citibank has no system to address consumer grievances.
                                    After that, i paid the amount that i never spent. Still refusing to close the account.

                                      This is my 2nd complaint on this forum and already raised 5times on citibank website.

                                      After expiry of my citibank credit card, bank shipped card to me. But i didn't received any. After i receive a msg from bank about delivery of card, i blocked it. After the same, bank never come back on the matter for 6 to 7 months, and now i am receiving annual fees messages for the card that is not active.

                                      I have filed my complaint on bank website for 5 times, but neither receive any call or mail from officials.

                                        I had a credit card from citi bank. I don't remember when i got this card but approx 6-7 years back. It was told to me it was a free card. The best part was it was an indian oil card where i could redeem the points against petrol. Then i good other better cards and stopped using this citibank card. I called citi bank to close this card and they told why i want to close this free card and can keep with me even if not using. Then i don't remember when i blocked the card (I got to know that recently that the card was blocked). Now i got the statement for sep 2019 for annual fee and for oc 2019 with fine. I don't have the card number also to call the customer care back. Then some how i got my 3 year old card number and called them. They are telling they have renewed the card and this is annual fee as i have not spent 30000 annually on the card. I told then that they should ask before renewing the card and how a blocked card is renewed. Hey are telling the card is blocked but the account is active. I mean common guys stop fooling customers like this. I am no going to pay any such fee or fine. This is complete non-sense and crap. I have called then and filled a complain but the answer was it won't be helpful and the fee can't be reverted. So i had no other option then complaining this here. The statement says the card ends with "5932". My name is anil kumar meharia.
