On 17th July, 2014, I received a call from mobile no. [protected] stated that she is a customer care executive of HDFC bank. She said that your HDFC Credit Card limit will be enhanced to around 1 lakh. She asked me the 16 digits number of my credit and said that your card has 2000 rewards point that is equal to Rs. 7750/- and going to be lapsed, to redeem this point HDFC has tied up a company(am shopping). Soon after his call over, I received a call from a man of the company(am company) for confirmation of my name and address. After a minute that lady called me and said verification by company is over, and from your reward point Rs.7750/- has been paid to company and company will deliver items on your choice. I received a SMS on my mobile that "Transaction of Rs.7750/- made on HDFC credit card xxxx1216 at KamKash sale solution New Delhi INR on 17th July, 2014 ".Then I received a call from that man, he told me you will receive your things within 15 days with 2000 reward points loaded along with your balance points.but after one month also I have not receive anything from the company nor the upgraded limit.From that date the Mob.-( [protected])of that lady is switched off, it not reachable till now. I am very much upset and I feel that I am cheated. Kindly look in to the matter and take action against that fraud, and fraud company who cheated me.
