Dear sir,

As i have been charged rs.95000 even without my permission by jukaso journeys, so request you to kindly stop payment /charge back my credit card payment held to jukaso journeys (Journeys resort pvt ltd) inr 95000 from my credit card no ending with. 3922

I have raised request within 24 hours of transaction dated 20 jan 2018 through citi phone banking to stop payment of rs.95, 000 as fraud done by the jukaso.
Further on 21 january 2018, i have raised follow up for the same with citi bank

Kindly help me to recover/charge back my amount rs.95000 in my credit card.

    Hi

    There was a neft transaction of 50, 000.00 inr made on may 03, 2017, from icici #:[protected], was incorrectly sent & approved to wrong citi customer with acct #: [protected] which was intended to be sent to acct # [protected].

    There was one digit wrong in the account number. Citi bank allowed the transaction to wrong account even though the name entered did not match the account number. I reached out to icici on the 4th may & requested recall letter to be sent to citi as suggested by citi.

    Please note that icici bank has already raised a couple of sr request and followed up with citi bank, giving the details & recall letters (Same) they requested n number of times. Below are the complaint number and rest of the requested details

    Date of transaction: 3rd may 2017

    I have raised this complaint multiple times and each time it looks like every investigation is starting without any resolution.in addition to this, there are multiple mail chains going on addressing this issue.

    I kindly request you to please consider this complain & provide us a solution in getting the money back. It has been almost a year & yet there has been no resolution.

      Dear sir,

      I have raised request within 24 hours of transaction dated 2nd jan 2018 through citi phone banking to stop payment of rs.80, 000 as fraud done by the jukaso.
      Further on 4th january 2018, i have raised follow up for the same and phone banking officer provides me assurance that this transaction is not claimed yet and if transaction comes for settlement citi will not process (Reference no. 4554).

      But i was surprised to see that on next day i. E. 5th january 2018, transaction is settled and billed to me. It raises concern over citi credit card safety/services with respect to fraud of jukaso journey.

      Kindly help me to recover/charge back my amount rs.80, 000 in my credit card.

        I am referring my friends to bank credit card 3 friends got a credit card i did not get a cash back 2000 rupres. And they are saying he applied other referal link or online. This is totally fraud and i am having everything proofs for this. Pls solve this problem as soon possible credit 2000 cash back to my account.

          Hello unit,

          I would like to report mr sushil kumar from citibank collections department chennai... The call was handled very badly... Total irresponsible behaviour.. I kept asking for noc but sushil did not even verify my email once. Plus he asked me to call back again on monday. I spoke rudely and told him he doesn’t know citibank professionalism and asked to speak with supervisor. Unfortunately his supervisor nitin was so damn casual that he didn’t even explain a word to sushil and said he will check regarding noc since it’s initiated from their side and get back to me.
          After few minutes i called back again to inform that i checked my email for noc and it’s not come then that sushil in such a stupid display of behaviour does not even professionally verify my email to reconfirm and handle the matter instead he arrogantly says that madame would u again like to talk with my supervisor.
          Citibank being a professional bank always ensures good employee output. If executive is so comfortable in transferring call to supervisor happily and neglects customer it clearly shows that mr nitin is not briefing seriousness in his team members. We customers don’t call to trouble the bank. We are just expecting better trained and mature collections employees rather than utter stupid sushil kumar type who are a shame to citibank image. Briefing him further is good for his career only.. He needs to be patient with customers rather than acting immature.

            There has been an neft transfer of rupees 5000 from corporation bank (Neft reference number[protected] to my citi bank on 28th dec 2017. This amount is still not credited to my account neither its been sent back to the sender and its been more than 5 days and i am not getting proper response from citi bank.

            I had call citi bank multiple times on this and i have been told that this amount is on hold and citibank is asking...

            I have been using citi bank card for more than 10 years.
            After request from customer care to avail pre approved loan i said yes and seems this was my blunder in life.

            Now i have been asking for closure from jun 2016 and they are not closing card nor doing the full and final settlement

            Later after seeing this behaviour i sent several emails, and later i told them in email that i am not going to pay further monthly emi

            Every month card bills are getting bigger and none from card reply with details.
            They send goons to my home for bill collection, i asked to if they do same next i am going to file criminal case.

            Please never use citi bank, they are big fraud company and they cheat people like anything

            What do you mean by "customer support has been notified" when nothing has been resolving why always write such comment and get rid of.

            CITI BANK is big scammers in India like PNB and other banks, surely I will take them to legal way

                I received an email from citibank on 16-dec-2017, that i had applied for citibank rewards card (Ref no. [protected]), which was rejected "as the application did not meet their internal credit acceptance parameters". However, i never applied for any card any time, neither did i open any new bank account with citibank recently. I hold only one citibank account and that too was opened 10 years back.

                I called up the customer care, and i was told that i "might" have accidentally clicked some link while browsing some website. How can that be possible? Just clicking a link accidentally does not submit a whole application automatically... There is a whole form to fill with address/ phone number etc., and i would have known if i had filled these details anywhere, which i never filled. I was repeatedly told that i might have accidentally clicked some link and since i did not submit the documents that is why the application was rejected. But that is not what my complaint was about. Firstly, i never submitted or opened any application... Secondly, i never clicked any link accidentally.

                Pls. Help me in this regard. The email cited ref no. [protected].

                  I m frustrated with this chore company
                  Company cheating with me since 2005
                  I don't know why i took personal loan in 2005, i m being penalized by company since 2005 when i have paid all citi bank loan emi how come u can take charges for that loan
                  I m warning you either pay back my all charges with penalty and remove my name from cibil else i lodge a legal complaint

                    I had applied for personal loan in your esteemed bank and got a final approval call on 8/12/2017, on that conversation they said that, i got/ recieve my loan amount within it 24 hours. After that 4days had passed. I didn't get or receive ant amount or massage regarding my loan.. As i called many times to your sales rm (Miss. Bhumika sangwaan) and coustemar care too from last 2days, but she neither pic one single call nor take any satisfactory action against it.
                    I have fulfilled all conditions as demanded by your bank staff but now still i'm waiting for my amount.

                    I request you to consider my application and guide me that what should i do to get loan amount.

                      Dear sir/madam

                      This is to inform you that one of your customer executive mr. Pratik have taken my documents with my signature to opening a credit card, he had brought one list with him, as he said it was a data list of all the corporate companies which have been tied up with your bank for the opening of credit card, i found my organisation name also in that list, so i given my all the documents as per your requirements, but the next day he called me and cancelled my process by saying i am not eligible for the credit card process, he said that he will be coming back to my office to return my all the documents along with my passport size photos.
                      Unfortunately he never visited to my office neither he picked up my calls, when i dropped him messages he respond me in very rude and unprofessional language. This incident is very worst in my professional career, i want my documents return any how, it can be misuse or can be use for any wrong purpose, if the bank won't be able to take action against the person who mentally harassed me i will file a fraud case against the bank.

                        I have received too much calls from citi bank credit card from different no's. I asked them from where you got my no, wegot this no from other team etc. Every time i softly declined the offers and said please delete my no from your database. Post declining still every month i got calls from executive.

                        I got call from this +91 [protected] no today and the executive talking rudly. I want to take strict action for this no, otherwise i will compliant for mental harassment.

                        I dont want any call from your bank for credit card.

                            Got fraud call from creditsmadhaan on the name of CITI bank.(Bhupinder, vivek, chirag) As they said they have good connection in your bank and they can settle the due amount of Citi credit card.They shown some documents also initally but at the end they cheated.Also they have changed my contact address, registered p[hone number and email ID with citibank.The settlement is due since last two years.I have not recieved any call from citi bank because they already changed my contact information.Because of this i am in deep stress.Kindly help me out.My email ID is [protected]@gmail.com

                              I had city bank card.[protected]
                              We were not receive bill timely, even then i paid and settle all the amount of pending bill except penalty (2900/ rs)
                              But city bank had send me the bill continuously.
                              After some time bank says me pay penalty amount 2900/ so that we will not report to cibil,
                              Again i paid penalty amount but bank damaged my cibil score.
                              In indore city your bank had closed their branch and they are not pick customer care number also.
                              Please suggest me what i should do with this case and improve the cibil score

                                  My citi bank credit card 4564 xxxxxxxx9303 - my credit card has been misused by some one on 02.12.2017 and 03.12.2017 and used for expenditure in euro.. I wish to inform you that i have not entered in to any such transations. Hence please block the card and do not debit the amounts to my account since the transactions have not been made by us.

                                  Kindly acknowledge the complaint and ensure you do not debit my account for thiese transactions

                                    My credit card has been blow ked without any prior intimation. They have also blocked my savings account along with fixed deposits saying it’s system automated. I am practically unable to withdraw my own money from my savings account. It has caused me great difficulty. I had to pay at the hospital where i took my child and both my credit and debit cards were blocked without any intimation

                                    The company is expert in inventing new charges every month. The company has charged me 37.2% on annual basis in my recent statement as interest charges.

                                    when I call and ask they use terminology called"residual interest". I think this company has invented these charges to systematically loot indian consumers,
