I am using 2 Citibank credit cards for the last 26 years without even a single default of payment
Now the issue of renewal of good health policy for which last date is 30 th June
Due to a Card limit and premium amount renewal is pending, i am talking to call centre agents for the last 14 days without any resolution
Inspite of paying the premium for the last 26 years without any claims till date, when I may require most...

I took a Loan for my car Maruti Alto KA51M5660 from Citicorp Maruti finance company a long time back in 2007. After Citicorp merged with Citibank, they are not responding at all. I repaid the complete loan amount but they are not sending NOC and my original RC documents, saying they are unable to trace them after merging.

Now I am not able to renew my FC because of this problem. Kindly help.

I have cleared all my dues on my credit card
Which is- [protected] and got no due certificate as well.

Want to make sure it is updated on my cibil and should not reflect any discrepancy.
