My Self Anirudh Vashishta Resident of Ghaziabad UP India. I Received a Call from Citi Bank That They Can Provide me Loan of Amount 15 Lacs against some Insurance Policy, 1st Call Came from Mr. Mohan Pratap Mob- [protected], Then Ms Neha was also attached as Relation Ship Manager Mob- [protected], They Have Initially Asked me to Do a Policy of Rs 35, 000/- for Loan Then They Asked me That Due to NEFT Code and Tax Code I Need to Make Payment of 1 More Policy of Bharti Axa Amount 50, 000/- Then After Few Months Again They Requested and Forced me to Pay 50, 000/- for Closer and Then Payment will be Done as Loan of Rs 15 Lac and Call Came from Funds Department Payal Mob- [protected]. after 2 months again they called and make accuses for Loan Transfer and Compelled me to Forcefully Make 4th Payment of Rs 30, 000/- Against 1 More Policy of Bharti Axa. Total Amount for 4 Policies = 1, 65, 000/-

He is been fooling around and not getting work done he don't even take my calls and doesn't respond properly from 3 months they all are fooling me around and my Rs 1, 65, 000/- lacs has been stuck against all these 4 policies and i have not got any Loan against the same.
Kindly Close the Issue and resolve the Same at Earliest Else i m bound to raise a Legal Complaint Against Citi Bank and its Employees in Consumer Court for this Financial Fraud and Mental Harassment. I Have All the Whats App Chat with all the Above Employees for Same

    Hi Team,

    I had a citi credit card ([protected]) and it has been asked to close long back but they dint close. And it resulted generating a yearly fee of 1200rs and i was not aware of it. Now when i was checking CIBIL i got to know this and i paid and closed it last week. From past 7days i am contacting CITI customer care everyday for NOC but i am getting only rude responses. Can you please help me to get the NOC for this ?

        Hello

        I have already explained hundred times that The transaction was made by hacking my phone with a phone application called ''Quick support" by the frauder. so please do your investigation properly and I have also file complaint in the cybercell you you can check with them too all the details mentioned below.

        Moreover, as per the standard protocol followed by most of the banks, no telephonic confirmation was taken from me to approve the transaction, even though the amount was more than 50, 000/-. This was a breach of protocol on the Bank's part. Had it been done, this fraud could have been avoided. I have never ever shared my details to anyone and always be careful but this time the phone was hacked and this fraud occurred.

        Further more the fraudulent transaction was reported to bank with in 5 minutes and my card was blocked immediately within 15 minutes of the fraudulent transaction

          I opened the Citibank account in 2017 and it was a salary account. In the year 2021 branch converted it to a savings bank account and the minimum balance (NRV) which needs to be maintained then will be Rs 100, 000. Which is very difficult for me to maintain. Now every month you have deducted Rs 600/- + SGST 54 + CGST 54 = a total of 708 Rs from my account without my consent and breached the terms & conditions, so I request you to refund my Rs 708/- immediately.
          Or
          Tell me the process to close the account.

            My name is umesh Lohit moran. I have been issued a credit card from citi bank which is tide up with shoppers stop shopping. I was doing shopping in Vivian shopping mall in thane. They request me to take this card and provided me the wrong details for the card. They told the card is completely free of charge no fees at all. Though I received the card but I never used it as I am having another credit card. After about a year or few months later I received a card bill of rupees 774 approximately. I became surprised without using the card why should I have to pay. I just ignored it and mostly I am out of the country. Yesterday I was checking my CIBIL score I came to know that I have a overdue payment then I checked. But the card which I never used nor I signed then why should I need to pay and I discard it long back and I don’t even have details of the card except my mobile phone number-[protected].Because of this issue my CIBIL scores are getting affected. That’s why I would like to request you to request you to look into this issue and resolve it. I have provided my mobile number please contact if you need anything.

                Ver bad team with executive. I have done login fees of rs. 598/- and other fees of rs. 2499/- no loan recevied since one month. Very bad behaviour for team and executives.

                          My name Ajay Kumar and I am valuable customer of Citibank credit card from last 5 years. Now I am totally fade-up with the support staff of bank providing customer support. Each time I feel cheated. On 7th July 2022 on [protected] regarding my full and final amount with pre-closers charges. The amount they explain I was deposited on 16400 against my 16392 ( including all fee) and request for close my cards and provide me NO dues. They committed on 20th July you got your no dues statement. But on 20th July again an amount of 7162.50 again shown against outstanding amount same day I lodge complaint ( 2594) the same complaint number received on SMS along with the information that you got an resolution call after 2-3 days. On 23rd July again got call from customer care of bank and confirm my all complaint details and again committed to resolve my issue but suddenly call disconnected and I was shocked that my cards debited with 10320+10425+10425 total 31270 rs. Same time I was called to customer care and again shocked they already aware about my credit card fraud 3 transactions and they blocked my credit card with immediate effect and lodge complaint in dispute committee and provide me complaint number ( I[protected], 37, 38) and suggest for lodge complaint in cyber security also. But till time not found any positive reply from bank side I am in mantle Dipressed to think about this big amount recovery.

                            My account has been blocked with no access. My direct deposit payroll check goes to this account. I spoke to a rep on 7/14 to find out what was going on. They referred me to the fraud team. When I spoke to the rep from the fraud team, he told me my account is being referred for closure and said he can tell me anything. He hung up in my face while I was asking questions. Called back the next day, 7/15 to see what was going on and asked what is going to happen to my payroll check. The 2nd rep said there will be no transactions posted to my account and the payroll check will be returned to my employer. I said ok and contacted my payroll department. I have had my payroll team running reports and looking for the return. Well, I checked back on 7/19, and Citibank has posted the payroll ACH to the blocked account. I have no access. When I speak to anyone all they say is the account is being closed and I will be disconnecting the call now. I don't understand how they can operate like that. This is my livelihood. I have no food, no gas, and the 2nd part of my rent payment was coming from this check. My landlord will file eviction on me and I need answers and I need my money to survive for the next week.
