Registering complaint as online fraud transaction on 9th may 2017 amount: 4824.38

Just noticed that i've received citialert transaction email that i made purchase of rs.4824.38 at consim info usa inc so. I just logged in my citibank netbanking and viewed my account summary. It is just showing withdrawn amount of rs.4824.38 without any reference number and purchase subject.

To the best of my knowledge, i confirmed you that i have not done the transaction for this amount rs.4824.38.

I placed the request to citibank to take immediate action

    I am getting multiple calls daily for citibank credit card from [protected] / [protected] numbers daily. Even After denied or don't want credit card they are calling everyday and disturb everyday.

    Please do some strict action again citibank and please stop this type of non seance call and disturb daily

      I Ravinder Kumar is in possession of the master card No. **** **** **** 6954.
      Yesterday at 16:30 I came to know through my mobile that some fraud transactions are happening on my card in different foreign currency. So immediately I got the card blocked & spoke to your helpline executive about the incident (ref no. 7286)

      So I request you to kindly look into the matter & further I confirm that the transactions happened on[protected] are not done by me.

      Please don't validate/ approve the amount to any party.

      7-8 attempts were made through my cards.
      04 transactions were successful but no OTP were received by me.
      on other attempts, OTP were received by me but the transactions were unsuccessful.

      please look into it & do the needful.

        Hi Sir/Madam
        I have purchased some products in myntra. And i have returned few items in that. They have collected the items from me and initiated refund transactions. In myntra account it says that they have refunded successfully but i did not receive the amount in my bank account. So i have called up Citibank and enquired about this, they have asked me for ARN numbers so that they can track. I have got the ARN numbers from myntra and provided the same to Citibank. But bank people are saying they have not received any refunds and not able to find these ARN numbers in their system.
        I am not sure why they are not able to find these ARN numbers. Please help me in resolving this issue.

            I raised an online request for Fixed deposit interest statement thru Citibank Online banking. A very standard practice as this information shall be used by me to compute my income taxes.
            I was given a request number and was informed that within 48 working hours statement shall be delivered to my email.

            48 hours gone and nothing happened, when i called back I was surprised to hear that they did not have any such request in their system!!

            They again raised a fresh request on 3rd May-17 and it was to be completed by end of 5th May. On 5th evening I did not receive the certificate and I again called. I was told that by midnight it shall be received. Now it's 5AM 6th May and still no sign of certificate.

            I again called and now I am being told that it shall be prioritized and delivered by Monday.

            Very poor practices followed by Citibank. They can not even generate an interest certificate which even in a small bank is made available instantly at the counter within 5 minutes.

              Dear officer,

              My card number is [protected].

              Against my outstanding balance for last month i made a payment of 1 lac by cheques (Acknowledged by bank on[protected].

              This amount of 1 lac was debited from my account on 02-05-17... I. E. Going by the banking system... The money should have gone to citi bank at the same moment.

              Based on the message received from my bankers i made part payment (Of 25000) for booking airline ticket to uk through make my trip with the promise that the balance payment of 102000/- (Approx) will be made within next three days.

              Since the amount had not been allocated to my credit card till 12.00 pm today, i called up citiphone banking and spoke with manisha and had heated arguments as my money is already with citi bank. She said she will put in a request for one time approval.

              Since i did not get any message i called up citi bank again after approx one hour and spoke with mukul... He also promised to put in request for one time time approval. After 15 minutes i received a message saying that my request has been declined.

              Under the circumstances... I would like to know the reason for declining the request, since my money has already been received by citibank and in case the permission is not given i stand to loose 25000/-. An urgent reply is awaited.

                I have gone through the e statement for the period January to March 2017 and noted that an unwarranted debit appears on 30.01.2017 for Rs.460.33 -Reference No.[protected] - Indian Railway Canteen- New Delhi. Please rectify the same and infirm me at the earliest. This sort of incidence never ed occured so far. I was not checking statement all these days. This is the first time I got an email statement and checked with my records. Kindly resolve at an early date.

                  I have submitted documents with your executive for CC and my application number is [protected] but whenever i'm trying to touch with him on contact number [protected] but he is not answering my calls and not updating any status on my application. I have concern about this guy and citi bank if your are able to handle customers then why you asking for CC and collecting documents.Suppose you are taking customer's document on the basis of CC and you are not taking responsibility of my documents. How I will make trust on you and your executive as you will not misuse of my documents. Whatever status you should update to your customer.

                    I had been top up loan against credit card and cancelled loan in a two days, dd sent citi bank credit card payment product section, 10 days passes away
                    Citi bank has debited emi and processing charge in this connection i had talk to customer care officer and nodal officer. And sent email also they are answering only it;s under procedure till to date not resolve credit card payment due date 4 to 5th may 2017, nodal officer email answer that of with in two working days we will be proceed

                    I have been paying the min amount for my credit card apart from the interest charge they are also charging ST 14%, SBC 0.5%, KKC 0.5%. And about this i was not even aware, i was told by the bank that only interest will be applicable.

                      I opened the Citibank account in 2006 and it was a salary account. In the year 2013 I contacted Citibank CP branch converted it to saving bank account and the minimum balance (NRV) which needs to be maintained then will be Rs 25, 000. From 2013 this account is no more a salary bank account and I am maintaining the balance more than Rs 25, 000 but I received an email and SMS from Citibank stating to build up the NRV upto Rs 200, 000 to avoid non-maintenance charges. In the same email it has been mentioned "To know more, please visit www.citi.co.in/nrvfaq.htm". On visiting this link again I found the average minimum balance (NRV) I need to maintain for a saving bank account is Rs 25, 000. Now you have deducted Rs 600/- from my account without my consent and breached the terms & condition, so I request you to refund my Rs 600/- immediately.

                          I place the complaint here with respect to online fraud transaction on 26th april 2017 amount : 6706.96,
                          On 26th april 2017 i got the sms to my mobile at 3.47 pm i make purchase of rs.6706.96 at consim info usa inc so which is not done the transaction from my side. Subsequently i had login to my online citi bank account to confirm whether the amount has been deducted or not, after looking the transaction details it is confirm that amount has been deducted from my account. But while looking the account detail summary in online the transaction details mention as purchase ref no:- 26apr1015 withdrawals 6706.96, but at the same time in online transaction details this information[consim info usa inc so] is not mention, which i was received thru my sms, additionally there is no transaction number and reference number for this transaction.
                          I have confirmed here on the day i have not done the transaction to my knowledge for this amount rs.6706.96.
                          Immediately i place the request to citi bank customer care to block my debit card and raise the complaint against this fraud transaction to investigate further. Also i have been communicated to them to file the police complaint against this transaction.

                              Hello, i sent emails and called them several times when i got email that they were closing the service on world money card on citibank to refund my balance on it. But i never got proper response. When i call them they receive the message and say they will get back to me but they never do.. And they never respond to email. I finally once they said my gender is not correct in their records that has to be corrected for proceeding with any further request and they asked me to send a written mail for that.. I wrote with all the necessary details and described the problem clearly and waited for their reply. But their response came back after few weeks to call me back to customer service again.. And the same routine started.. It has been more than a year i have not found a single person who has looked into it more seriously.. I dont have to lose my hard owned money because of some one else's mistakes.. Can someone please help me how to escalate it to the higher level or submit a complaint which would actually make take some action on this? Appreciate your help in this matter

                                My personal loan account number:- pfx-hff-1539191, customer id :- [protected] in[protected] of amount 162000. My account was closed by the citi bank with the due balance of rupees 24232 out of which 21000 was paid on[protected] as final settelment amount saying that account was closed and recieved the related receipts. The due amount[protected] was shown in my current cibil report. On this note i want to clear this amount as suggested by my advocate. So please ensure that my cibil report is updated as no due.

                                My salary account got closed without any intimation or call. if i call to citiphone they are not telling the proper reason for closing 15 days they wasted my time for not telling the reason.Now they are telling to visit branch still its not possible to tell the reason.

The card was use at netflix's account details unknown. I request you to kindly reverse the payment as i have not used it. And dr netflixx account. My netflix account does not show ne transaction with id [protected]@yahoo.co.in. Pls do the needful. It's misuse. N don't know how.

                                    I recently applied for an Auto Loan from HDFC bank, however the same was rejected due to my Cibil score. On investigation it was observed that the consumer name mentioned on my Cibil account had an additional name Yogendra Kumar. On further investigation we noticed that there is a personal loan written off by CITI bank (Loan - 01GRWG[protected] taken on 27.02.2010.

                                    As per the best of my knowledge I have not availed any personal loan from your bank. request you to kindly assist me with the loan details so that I can take this matter further. This incident has caused me immense mental trauma.

                                        Various calls made on you toll free number and phones number given but till date no satisfactory reply given. As I am a credit card holder and paying the dues regularly but the same is expired in March-2017.New card was sent but could not delivered to my New address, hence pl. suggest how to add the new address for delivering the same.
