I received your bill dated 21.6.15 for Rs. 4060.49 wherein cash advance fees of Rs. 600/- has been levied against cash withdrawn Rs. 3000/- against my credit card no ending 5632whereas i have been making more than their bill payments to them within stipulated period.           On 25th June 2015 i received email from citibank - Rs. 100.00 was spent on your Card 5241XXXXXXXXXXXX on 25-JUN-15 at MATRIX INTERNATIONAL. This transaction has been processed without the additional factor of authentication prescribed by RBI. i have not done any transaction with Matrix international in past 18 months. citibank is simply telling its recurring charges & no further action on this. then what is the use of OTP, Chip credit card, online password .

                This is the most disgusting bank I ever came across and unfortunately have my salary account with this stupid idiotic bank. I accidently lost my debit card and I'm suppose to leave for a 20 days vacation in next 2 days and when called in the customer service these guys dont have instant card facility like all other private banks(Axis, ICICI, HDFC). Comeon guys update yourself if a customer looses a card and has no time to wait for 7 business days as is about to travel in next two days how can they carry the whole bloody cash in their pockets .. and surprisingly they don't have any alternatives. I will terminate all my service with this disgusting bank once I'm back for causing me such an inconvenience. Peeps please use different bank in case you loose your card even i[censored] have big time emergency these guys are of no use and in whole Blore they just have 2 branches..

                    Hi Team, I have received 3 fake Note of 1000, while withdrawing cash from Citi Bank on 5th June '15. On this matter i have already spoken with your customer care officer and asked for a further guidance, but so far i havn't get any update. I want to request you, please return those 3 fake note of 1000, and let me know what are the things and details required from my side. Soon or else i have to take a legal action.                       Dear Sir, This is Narayanan A, Citibank Account No. [protected], Chennai mount road branch. I have received a cheque from my company against my salary and i searched for a citibank cheque deposit counter and i find out from internet and through telephone[protected] that there is a cheque drop facility in Ambattur Ambit IT park. I have viisted on May 11th and find there is no deposit slip / challan which has to be pinned along with my cheque. I have contacted your staff in telephone number[protected], and i told that there is no deposit slip, she told that she will take a complaint of this and asked me to write my account number, name, mobile number in backside of the cheque and deposit in cheque box. I did the same and i got the amount after 3 working days. The amount is Rs. 42, 773. In June 5th evening 6.30 pm, I again visited Ambit IT park for cheque deposit and find there is no deposit challan / slip and called again to[protected], and informed that there is no challan in its place. she told that she will take a strong compliant and asked me to write my account number, name, mobile number in back side of the cheque and deposit in the cheque box. I did the same and asked her not to take any action against the cheque collection person. The cheque number is 011854 and the amount is Rs. 54, 329. I have waited for 3 days and asked our accounts dept whether amount was debited from our office account. They replied that the amount was not debited from our office account. On 10th June, i have contacted[protected], and informed that deposited cheque at Ambit IT park was not credited into my account. They asked 48 hrs time to trace this cheque. I also requested to trace quickly, since this is June month, i have to pay school fees for my children. Today evening i have contacted after 48 hrs ( I expected they will inform me the status ) in same[protected], number, the person told that the cheque is not available in bank as well as Ambit IT park cheque box very simply. I asked him to connect a senior person and they connected to Ms. Durga, Manager and i told that all the above issue, due to negligence of Citi staff i was suffering a lot. Even after repeated complaint i visited this atm today and again found that there is no deposit challan/ slip. I have taken a photo of my cheque during deposit and also i have taken a photo on today that there is no deposit challan in your Ambattur AMBIT park. I am suffered a lot due to negligence of your staffs. 1. No deposit challan in Ambattur Ambit IT park 2. Negligence and carelessness of your cheque collection staff or your bank clerk during handling my cheque. I told her i can take this issue to top most level ( Reserve bank of India ) and she ( Ms. Durga ) asked me to wait until tomorrow 1 pm. Also she told that she will call me on or before tomorrow 1 pm. If i doesn't get a money, i will inform this incident into top most person in Reserve bank of India and social media net work, since i have suffered a lot.                       This looks very common with the citi bank. I too facing the same issue in bangalore. i deposited the cheque on 15th june, today after raising the series of queries they are telling they missed the cheque somewhere. If you raise a query they dont even bother to call and inform you regarding the investigations.

                          this is in regards with the credit card that has been given to me by citibank with my salary account and have put a block on my card since i have the card and i have not been able to use the card from day 1. Even after making 3 complaints i was promised that the blockage will be removed in 3 days time and i will be intimated once that has been done its already been a week and they havent bothered to solve this issue and are still telling me to wait. They promised lots of things when my salary act was opened with citibank and none of them have been fulfilled first promise was that an over draft facility will be provided when second salary from TCS is credited in the act which didnt happen, and even now after filing complaint against their representative who informed us all this when the salary acts were being opened with citi bank they did'nt bother taking action against that person also. Would really appreciate if this case is resolved ASAP as i've lost all hopes that citibank is gonna get these issues resolved.                           I HAVE BEEN GIVEN A PLATINUM CREDIT CARD FROM CITIBANK WITH MY CITI SUVIDHA CORPORATE SALARY ACT AND SINCE THE DAY I HAVE THE CREDIT CARD ITS IN A BLOCKED STATUS AND I HAVE BEEN SPEAKING TO TO THEIR CUSTOMER CARE SINCE THAN AND NO HELP HAS BEEN PROVIDED SO FAR. ITS ALREADY BEEN MORE THAN 10 DAYS SINCE I FILED THE COMPLAINT AND THEY HAVEN'T BOTHERED TO CALL ME INSTEAD I CALLED THEM N I WAS INFORMED TO WAIT FOR 2 DAYS FIRST N WHEN NOTHING HAPPENED I CALLED AGAIN N WAS TOLD TO WAIT FOR 3 DAYS N AGAIN I CALLED AFTER 3 DAYS N WAS TOLD TO WAIT FOR 5 MORE DAYS. NOW TODAY I RECEIVE A MAIL FROM THEM AGAIN TODAY ASKING ME TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER 5 DAYS. THIS THING HAS BECOME UNTOLERABLE TO ME NOW AND BANKING WITH SUCH A REPUTED AND AN INTERNATIONAL BANK HAS BEEN A DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE.

                                My name is Munavvar Parvez. I am using the Citibank credit card from March 2014. On 2nd June 2015 two fraud transaction has been happened with my card from US. The amount of fraud transaction is in USD which is 1033.00 USD and 6.00 USD. I have complained about this fraud transaction to the Citibank Just after getting alert message and informed to Citibank that this transaction was not made by me and have asked them to block my card. The bank authority have not taken any complaint but have asked me to wait for 3 days till the merchandise claim the amount. Now I'm not sure If I have to raise a complaint against cyber crime. I have read a lot of complaints against CITI bank where users have faced similar issues and after few months citi bank have been asked to pay the amount stating "they have done their investigation and they found that the transaction was done with valid IPIN and said that one have to pay the transacted amount" .It's been 7 hours since I reported the incident but I would want you to know well in advance on this case and if possible stop that transaction and suggest me what to do next.

Policy Ref No. 712500/07370/GHFEB14, India assurance co I have a health insurance by name good health of India assurance Co. and the policy was purchase through cit bank. The policy is in force for last 10 years with no claim benefit offered by the insurance co.The policy was due for renewal in Feb. 2015 for which I received the renewal intimation (cited above). As per the terms and conditions city bank has to automatically renew the policy and bill the amount to my card. However, citi bank did not do this in Feb. After inquiry the amount Rs 4680/- was billed to my card, stating that the policy was renewed. However I have not received the policy yet from the insurance co. The official email of the insurance co. is not receiving the mail and they are not lifting the official phone. The attitude of both organisation have caused. mental agony. Policy has to be renewed with all permissible benefits and I have to get the policy to claim benefits if the need be. Prof. H.N.yajurvedi

                                    Dear Concern My Credicard Application No is : [protected] dated 27/05/2015 after two days i.e. on 29/05/2015 i have Given cancellation Request on 29/05/2015 on Telephonic Discussion and Reference No : 4541 This has been confirmed by customer care officer that your Application will cancel within 48 Hrs. But Today Massage Rec. that your Creditcard Dispacthed That after today i Call to customer care officer she told Dont warry we cancelled your card online and the ref. No. for cancellation is : 3766 dated 02/06/2015 ( today ) My Question is why the card has been Dispached when i was given cancellation req. on 29/05/2015 Any way Look in this matter and do needful For the cancellation of Card Which In transit Thanks

                                      Hi, I did not get credit card but got IPIN and password ? how its possible ? I am getting citi bank promotions and offers to use that but still I did not get my card. Many times I contacted customer care but no one is responsing. Very poor customer service.
