The bank has changed the way transactions and purchases happen with merchants. The amount is on hold and then released to merchants only when they claim for it. And the balance shown is confusing.
This gives a very wrong picture in the statement and is unclear and uninformed on how this was supposed to affect users.
And there was no kind of heads up given to me that this would happen and is not acceptable.
Let me know if I have an option of reverting back to the way my card used to work earlier, Else I'll be happy to switch my banking needs to a different bank with simpler and transparent processes. Was this information helpful? |
