[Resolved] Citibank — Payment for Gas booking done with credit card.
I paid for Indian Gas Cylinder Refill amount through the link I received after booking the Gas Cylinder by IVR Number on[protected] by using payzapp as payment mode with CITI Credit Card. Amount was deducted and successful message was received. While delivering the cylinder they collected amount and said that they didn't received any amount for the booking I have made. I inquired with Gas agencies and they replayed that amount was not received for the Gas booking, so kindly contact with Bank which I used for the payment.
I have given complaint to Indian Oil Corporation regarding this issue but till date no response. I don’t know who is responsible for my debited amount (746.50/-).
I hope at least from your side will look in to this issue. The details are in the attached screen shots.
