Citibank — cash withdrawal

My card no is [protected]. It's a reward card. I am using this card since 6 years and i never made any atm cash withdrawal because i know it's very coastly still i get a message that 500 rs was spent on my card and card is with me. Transaction was made on 4th oct 2018. I never check my statement but today when i checked i found this transaction. Moreover 500 + taxes being charged by citibank. I never made any blunder or late payment with citi bank. I am very loyal customer. Kindly refund my all amount so that i can continue my relationship with you
