Citibank — Charging without intimation | |
Hi team, I got a call from citibank on 20th oct 2018, stating that there is some suspicious activity is going on my card, hence suggesting me to block the credit card. I told them to block the card as the reason is of suspicious activity. All the due amount was paid and there were no relation afterwards. However i have started getting message in the year 2019 that my due amount is pending by rs 1000. I tried reaching to the customer care, but unfortunately didn't get response. After that they started adding interest every month, somehow i was able to connect to the customer care through my registered mobile, but they were asking me for the citi card number which i was not carrying at that moment, hence they said to call back once have the card details. Unfortunately afterwards i was unable to connect to them. I sent email to citi. [protected]@citi.com, but didn't get response. Recently on 11th july 2020 i connected to citi card team and i told my concern and they agreed to raise a request to waive off the overdue. But again i started getting message to pay the overdue and now this time the amount is of 1361.81. I am unable to connect to them. This is impacting my credit score card. I would request you to waive off the required amount as i never used the card after blocking. Please let me know if you have query for your investigation process.
