Dear team,

I am using the citi bank credit card last 2 year and now i have some financial problem to pay the amount on regular basis due to my job change. So i hereby request you to convert the balance amount (Rs16809/-) into 24 month emi. Its easy to pay the bill on monthly basis.
Otherwise its difficult to pay the monthly amount. I request you to please do the needful.
