Citibank — citibank referral program for citi credit card is a fraud

CITI bank has a program to provided 2000 cashback for customer that referred a credit card to others.

As part of it I referred one of my friends and he got credit card and using them for a while, but didn't get any cashback and what they are doing is like the ehsaan by giving me 250 flipkart voucher.

In there referral program dashboard the credit card is approved and my friend is using that.

Citibank just want to issue the credit cards by spreading the wrong offers. I also applied from Zomato with the offer of getting 15 month Zomato gold free and i applied and also got the card. Now they are saying that there is no offer like that.
