Citibank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jul 01, 2022 Updated by Vizsonu Mail received from Citibank that your card is closed, I know My card is closed but showing dues in my civil record, please share NOC letter, I am cleared all your dues, I want NOC from your side to apply home loan, if possible please update CIBIL team also to update my CIBIL and remove dues in my cibil record
