Citibank Credit Card — Credit card not received for second time

Applied for a citi bank credit card in Jan 2014 and my reference number - AC7540. Executive told that card will be delivered with in 15th of Feb but unable to view status of my application. Please check the status and let me know so when can i get card to my office address. Once my card application got rejected and second time executive name 'Neha' her mobile number - [protected] told me my application has got approval this time will receive card but unable to find status through online.
