I was using citibank indian oil credit card which i lost few yrs back after that I called bank paid due amount and asked them to close the credit card. They closed it and removed from my online account as well. Later after 6 months I got the sms on my mobile that your indian oil has due of amount 1256 INR, I called citibank to close this card as I dont have it and there is no due i am going to pay, they said yes they will close it and there is no due. After 2 months again I got same SMS but with different amount as 256 INR again I called citibank and asked about this agian they said they will close it. Last month they closed my Rewards credit card without sending an intimation to me. Today I called citi bank to ask about this again they are saying due to inidian oil card they closed my rewardz card. Again they lied to me that I have not pais 5106rs on rewards card last month which I paid and i have proof of it. Also on rewards card i am going to receive cashback and that is received but officer refused to give me that cashback as well he said now the cad can not be Reactivated and casback will not be given. Once I told him that I will go to consumer court he said yes they received amount and they will provide me cashback as well.
I want to raise a high level compliant against citibank for tortuing me from pas 6 months. Also due to there negligance my cibil score also reduced.
