Citibank — Credit Card Loan PreClosure

Dear Sir, I have taken a Loan on my Credit Card in citibank. I had requested for Preclosure of the same on 28thNov 2015. They promised me that the outstanding amount will get reflect in my credit card balance in another 24 hrs and then i had to make the payment. The payment should be done within 3 working days of theirs. The problem now is the outstanding amount is not reflecting in my credit card balance even after 3 working days. With regard to this whenever am caling the customer care persons they are asking me to wait 1 more day. How long i have to wait? Till an interest is added from their side due to late payment? And i have to fight with them for reversal? This is completely unethical!!! I could see so many people are facing same issue with Citibank. Is there any regulatory who can solve these issues?
