Citibank — credit card misuse by unknown persons

Dear sir,

I am using citi bank credit card for past 10 years approximately. So far i have not traveled any country out of india.

I realy surprised 03.08.17 morning at 10.15 a. M my citi bank credit card misused by international hackers and my entire credit limit was used by them.

After getting the debit message through sms immediately i blocked the card.

I would request you to support and take action and return back the money to my credit card account from the citi bank/un known hackers.

We looking forward the valuable feedback and action.
