Sir,

My above card has been hacked and cloned. Someone in santiago chile ordered two items of clothing from a mall in san francisco us and billed me for $80 (Usd) ie rs 709.90 (Inr) on 23 mar 18. Transaction id c19l52319b011 of 25 mar 18 refers. Stuff was ordered online at clothes. [protected]@boohoo.com.

This was a total surprise to me as i last visited us in 2014. Since then i haven't left india. Please block this card and file a complaint. Kindly issue a new card asap. Kindly tell me how to avoid such problems in future.

Updated by Toots I was unable to complain earlier as your helpline number was not getting connected. Easter Weekend I presume. Please block this Card immediately and confirm.
