Citibank Credit Card — non issuance of credit card

I have applied for your credit card having application no [protected] but my application got rejected because of email id was not correctly written according to you but i have received you mail of rejection on my mail id if it was written incorrectly how can i get your mail on my mail id. After mailing you the whole subject i didn't receive any reply from your side. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible
