Dear Team, I have reived credit card platinum citi bank 1 week back. but still pin not generated for shopping purpose. itried to reaching customer care but no use. i spoke with customercare sgent last week. confimed this card no Joiing fee and if i use 3000 in ayear there is no Anual fee alos. kindly check it and comfirm to me on the same. My name is T.G. Deshmukh having card no xxxx 2838 expired on 05/16 even then bank is sending bill for minimum payment. Not able to contact 1800xxxxx number. Not able to contact CS number/ exclusive services anything. In fact for credit cards CS number must working 24x7.
