Citibank — Delay on credit card delivery & miss behaviour by representative after submitted document | |||
At the time of applying she was talking very well. Once I competed my all verification and I ask her when can I expect to get credit card the she response "its wrong number, I don't know who are you so don't call me again". Her number : [protected]. I got card dispatch msg on 2nd Dec but not yet receive. Do you guys really check your employee before assigned task. or just pick any one from market and assign to complete this task.
