Citibank — even after 60 days, cheque clearance did not happen from citibank | |||
I submitted an international cheque on 20th of october 2018. I spoke to the citi customer care executives to check the status of this and they said the cheque had been cleared and the amount should get credited by 5th of december. I spoke to an executive on 5th of december 2018. He mentioned that the amount will be credited by 5th of december end of the day. Its been close to 60 days since i dropped this cheque. I would like to know when the amount will be credited to my account. There has been a tremendous delay from citi bank. I would like to escalate this matter to the top management of citi.
