Citibank — fraud transaction on my citibank credit card | |||||
Hi, My credit card has been hacked and my mobile sim has been cloned. Someone has made transactions at www.alibaba.com of 264.19 usd and 699.47 usd on 16-april-2018 at 12:54 am and 12:55 am ist. I had received the otp messages and it seems like the hacker had cloned my sim number. Totally 963.66 usd (Around 62864 inr) has been spent on my credit card. I had called the citibank customer care and reported the issue to citibank. Please file a complaint. Kindly reverse the transaction and not bill it to my account.
