Blw is the reporting done to citibank.

Pursuant to our email response dated September 26, 30 and November 9, 2018, we reiterate that the above transactions have been authorized in a secured environment basis the One Time Password (OTP) delivered on your registered mobile number. Since, only the card holder is privy to the OTP, transactions authenticated by OTP are considered to be secured in nature and such transactions does not fall under bank’s ambit of investigation. In the view of the same, while we empathize with your situation, we regret our inability to make good of the loss incurred to you on account of the disputed transaction. We request your understanding in the said matter.
In case you wish to view the transaction logs, the same can be made available to nearest Citibank branch office for your perusal, with a prior appointment. The transaction logs substantiate that the OTP has been delivered to your registered mobile number and the same has been used to authorized the above transaction.
Further, as communicated in our previous response, please be assured that the Bank will extend the best possible co-operation to law enforcement agency to conclude their investigation. We request you to make payment towards the total outstanding due at the earliest to prevent levy of charges and maintain good credit standing at Credit Information Companies.
