Citibank — Harassment by citibank pending bills | |||
Citibank credit card No. [protected] I was holding this credit card, the use of which i stopped approx 1 year back. Since last few months getting nagging sms to pay some bills. I requested " for which service or for which purchase". No answer. It was neither a big amount nor any issue for me to pay. But i was sure that i have not purchased anything since last 1 year, then what for this payment. The sms continued to pour and everytime with interest added to it. To me this is nothing less than extortion. Disgustedely I paid Rs. 1300/- on 26 Feb 21. But many people like me might be harrassed by Citibank. Hence i request you to get me information, for which service and for which purchase citibank has charged me. Was this information helpful? | |||
