Citibank — lost 7000 | |||
Hello, This is in regards to my acct with citibank. I got a mail saying i did not have nvr balance. Though i had 97000 as multi deposit and around 50000 as savings balance. On calling up customer care i was told there is no way to increase the multi deposit from 97000 to 100000 rather than closing it and reopening a new multi deposit account. This is ridiculous i lost 7000 by closing the multi deposit account. I[censored] see i am a customer of citi bank from almost 10 years and losing 7000 just like that is not done i had around 149000 in my account why should i just lose 7000 for no reason. You guys are forcing people to choose other bank for this reason. Will never bank with cutibank anymore. Was this information helpful? | |||
