Citibank — Misuse of citi card

My card no [protected] was charges 70/- & 500/- yesterday 15 april at 11 56 pm. Due to sms alert i came to know. The card was use at netflix's account details unknown. I request you to kindly reverse the payment as i have not used it. And dr netflixx account. My netflix account does not show ne transaction with id [protected]@yahoo.co.in. Pls do the needful. It's misuse. N don't know how.
