Citibank — Monthly payment done but interest charge included

This is Joseph.S Last two years i am using Citi Bank Credit card. But last two month. Monthly purchased total amount paid before the Billing cycle. But they are charged Interest amount. I called customer care they are told now the bank has changed the interest calculation part.

I am relay worried.. It's very bad activated and irresponsible answers...
