Dear sir i have not received any bill statement on my mailid and i'm unable to register citibank my account on citibank application due to show error regarding pin code 110075

My permanent address is 620 sunview apartment dwarka sector 11 new delhi.
If i will not receive any bill statement i will not pay any late fee penalty imposed by citibank in future
