Citibank — not receiving cash back

Hello,

I bought two mobiles from a retailer on no cost emi. They converted my amount in emi's, the interest which have to be paid should be refunded according to retailer because of no cost emi.

I bought phone of rupees 27500/6 = 4583, but i received my emi of rupees 4759 every month, till now i gave 4 emi's and not received the cashback. Can you please let me know what is happening here, there is another mobile in which i am facing the same problem.

Should i go to close the account with city bank? Because i have another two credit cards but never face this type of problem. Please help regarding this.

One of your executive called me for credit card purpose and when i asked for plan she explained me after that i said no i didn't need and then see used abusing word(harami) .please take action . executive detail-name - prajakta, cont:-[protected].
