Citibank — OTP not generated and money lost

Today i have found an offer for citi bank card holders on agoda.com in hotel bookings. I wanted to see how much discount is offered using citi bank card, so entered some 4 days and pressed pay. To my surprise Rs.26590 has been paid without any further authentication. Where as in your web site it is clearly stated that either OTP or IPIN is required. As not generating OTP as mentioned caused this damage, it is your duty to correct it. So immediately pay back the money which has been transferred accidentally because of not generation of OTP. I also state that if any transaction happens from now on without OTP on my credit card, i will not be liable for it.

Please resolve my issue and provide justice
