I am having your citi bany card no. Xxxx xxxx xxxx 6044 and having outstanding which i am not in a positon to pay. I request you that my card may please be cancelled and outstandig amount without penlty be convert in the loan and made 25 instalments whcih i can easily paid. I would also like to inform that i am retired govt. Servant and having very small amouint of pension i. E. Rs.25, 000/- and presently i am living in rented house. As such, may request may please be considred humatarian grouind. I may be informed the status of my request. Thanks

I would request you that my card may please be cancelled immediately and outstandig amount without penlty may be convert in the loan and made 25 instalments whcih I can easily pay. I would also like to inform that I am retired govt. servant and having very small amouint of pension i.e. Rs.25, 000/- and presently i am residing in rented house. As such, may request may please be considred on humatarian grouind. I whole actual outstanding amount after deducting penaly may be converted into loand amount and made 25 instalments, whcih I can easily paid.
