Citibank — Received 3 fake note of 1000 from Citi bank ATM

Hi Team, I have received 3 fake Note of 1000, while withdrawing cash from Citi Bank on 5th June '15. On this matter i have already spoken with your customer care officer and asked for a further guidance, but so far i havn't get any update. I want to request you, please return those 3 fake note of 1000, and let me know what are the things and details required from my side. Soon or else i have to take a legal action.
