Citibank — requested address update but it take more than 3 weeks not resolved | |||
Have raised two query id ([protected]) &[protected]' long back that to update my mailing address in my online citi bank profile as my account blocked due to miss match of mailing address and this is corporate account (Salary ac). Also sent required documents to chennai mailing room along with written latter to update my mailing address with my signature and they have received it couple weeks back. But i am keep calling customer care ppl daily base from 15days on wards and they are saying like we sent to respective team and it will get done in 24hrs but still today issue is not resolved. I am doing lot of follow up even though am not well, have discharged from hospital recently as had leg surgery that is reason not walk into citi bank branch. Note : i am not in the position to walk as had leg surgery My salary stuck with this account and i have financial crisis due to this issue because need to pay emi's and all. Kind request you people to help me on this issue and support to get enable my account.. Was this information helpful? | |||

I had called 3 time to Citi bank customer care agents they escalated to corresponding team and they requested respective team manager to call back to me but no one manager did call me .
