Citibank — transaction of rs 31, 795 without my knowledge

Dear sir / madam
Please check transaction of rs 31, 795/- done from my citibank account nri without my knowledge
All, today i found rs. 31, 795/- transaction from my debit card using the mcupos where my card was with me and i did not receive any otp as well. How can someone allow this transaction. It is done for my debit card on 25/09/2018 (Citinri account - mumbai)

Sir my existing Citi credit card it's now expried.u have my old residential address plz add new address and send the card to this address its no 36, 1st flr, 14th main, near basaweshra school, Vijayanagara Bangalore 560040..land mark Vijayanagara metro station
