Today morning 6:45am, i got two sms's stating as below:
1) rs3734.41 inr spent on card 5094 on 29-mar-19 at paypal * eneba. Fx charges as per tnc. Limit available=rs203, 588.26. If not done by you, click www.citi.asia/DIS?cn=5094
2) rs 1963.91 inr spent on card 5094 at paypal * eneba. Fx charges as per tnc. Limit available=rs 201, 624.35. If not done by you, click www.citi.asia/DIS?cn=5094
I called up citibank customer care immediately at[protected] regarding the same. The executive told that these two transactions were blocked & the funds were refunded back to card, and she blocked my current card & reissued a new one which will be dispatched soon. But even after that, when i am found that my available credit limit didn't change, i got worried & called up the same number again. The new executive told that, we are sorry for false communication, sir. Both the transactions are successfully completed.
How can your executive confirm me on morning that the transactions were reverted back???
She has raised a dispute#4128 for the same, but how can i feel that i can use citibank card again?? Those two transactions happened without any otp, wothout any mails being generated as well (Normally for each transaction, mails get generated immediately stating the expenses done).
I want the refund of the suspicious transactions asap. Please help me & arrange callback immediately, sir. I am really worried. I am thinking that i must proceed to bangalore cyber cell immediately. Was this information helpful? |
