[Resolved] Citibank — Unauthorized Transaction on credit card | |||
On 25th June 2015 i received email from citibank - Rs. 100.00 was spent on your Card 5241XXXXXXXXXXXX on 25-JUN-15 at MATRIX INTERNATIONAL. This transaction has been processed without the additional factor of authentication prescribed by RBI. i have not done any transaction with Matrix international in past 18 months. citibank is simply telling its recurring charges & no further action on this. then what is the use of OTP, Chip credit card, online password .
