Citibank — unwanted frequent calls for loan from telecallers

Firstly, a guy called me at 18:05 hours from Phone Number-[protected]. I disconnect the call then he redialed & I picked up his call.

I asked him politely that by which time they call customers for loan. He replied that till 18:30 hours. Then he behaved in a extremely wrong way & use abusive language. I said we shall approach you ourselves in case of any requirement. Then he said KI AGAR JARURAT NAHI HAI TO MANA KARDO ITNA ATTITUDE DIKHANE KI KYA JARURAT HAI.

Though I am not operating any cash or credit account with CITI Bank but I received the call.

Such unwanted called must be banned across customers as this unnecessary bother & disturb customers.
