Citibank — Urgent:debit card deactivated without any prior information

CitiBank deactivated my current Debit card(validity11/2017) without giving me a single information my current card had validity till 2017 and when I tried to withdraw cash in emergency at 2AM in night it gave me error that current card is deactivated.
Please help me as CitiBank is not at all listening me at this emergency moment.
Their behaviour and way of talking is also very rude to me.
I am in need of money and cant withdraw my own money at emergency.
Please look into the issue as I am feeling so helpless and contacting National Consumer Forum having full faith in you and Govt of India.
