Citibank — withdrawal of services which were promised

Respected sir / madam
This is to inform you that i am running a current account /saving account /other accounts in your bank since 01/04/1994. At the bank opening time it was told to me that we will deliver you the cash at home with no charges. Cheque picking facility was provided to me. Now every facilities even cheque collecting is withdrawl from me. It is very painful to me.
You are requested to please see into the matter and resolve it
