Citibank — Wrong billing charge

In august 2015, I have made transaction from my Citibank credit card for my Aapc membership whose cost was around 8k but that transaction was not successful.So I did it with my friend's credit card.But they still charging me for that unsuccessful transaction.I already sent them all the proofs that shows the transaction were cancelled, but they still charging me
