My friend mistakely send 750 amount to my closed bank account. Now the refund is not refunded to my friend and not come in closed account...Please help me and send that amount to my new active account

This builder is currently showing projects in kalinganagar phase1. They have bunch of lawers to make things fraud. They will show several duplex and plot for sell project. I have searched the document of several lands under this project. Every land has many litigacy. 2-3 people have bought duplex. But i can say...in each land there is litigacy. I have made verified through big lawers. Some people are roaming around the sahid nagar office to take their booking amount back. They will say.. Different types. Some of my neighbors are suffering. Please avoid such kind of inconvenience. For mahadevnagar or hanspal project, my neighbors are suffering.

This is to inform you that i had booked a plot vide agreement dtd.24/02/2010 from m/s citicon engineers ltd. 540, saheed nagar, bhubaneswar-751007 under installment scheme of 36months and subsequently paid an booking amount of rs.57, 200.00 (Fifty seven thousand two hundred only). Under the scheme i had paid various installments as per the attached ledger, which was also verified by citicon engineers for total amount of rs.57, 945.00 (Fifty seven thousand nine hundred forty five only)

The real estate agent namely m/s citicon engineers ltd. Could not deliver the plot as committed and issued cheque no. 860944 dtd.06/12/2014 drawn on oriental bank of commerce, saheed nagar branch, bhubaneswar, amounting to rs.57, 945.00 (Fifty seven thousand nine hundred forty five only) towards my total payment against the booking & installment of plot but the cheque was dishonored due to insufficient funds. I again approached the real estate agent stating the dishonoring of cheque and i was issued with a fresh cheque no. 000534 dtd.19/01/2015 drawn on hdfc bank ltd; saheed nagar branch, bhubaneswar amounting to rs.57, 945.00 (Fifty seven thousand nine hundred forty five only) but again the cheque was dishonored due to insufficient funds. Since then i had made several followups to release my advance monies and was always given with false commitment and till date the amount has not been received.

The real estate agent is having evil intention and cheated me by not paying the my hard earned money paid as advance and installment. I therefore pray for the end of justice, equity and good conscience that you may interfere into the matter and do justice by helping me to release my funds from the crook agent.

I am very unsatisfied on this company. Because thy have taken my money without providing any land. Repeatedly visit their office but there was no response but suddenly i got a call from their team that they will return my money. At that time i have immediately visited their office to get back my money. They also refunded my money with out crating any issue. Thank q...

I am purchase a flat at som plaza, flat no 103, atala, bhubaneswar, developed by citicon engineers ltd, bhubaneswar, as per aggrement with citicon engineers, he suposed to handover flat in two year, but already four year gone still flat not complte, as per aggrement i give money to citicon. despite of several meeting with mr badu, chairman of citicon engineers, he give only date but still not complte the work, please help us to resolve the case.

This is biswa mohan mansingh (Email - biswa. [protected]@gmail.com) beg to state that - i bought a land from citicorn engineers ltd, bhubaneswar, odisha in 2007 with a total of 5, 500 sq. Ft. Land behind c. V. Raman college, bhubaneswar. My land has been registered at that time and all the documents relating to my land is still with me.

I used to check with citicorn people in each and every week, regarding details of possession of my land. Everytime, they used to create some stories and telling me that - the possesion will be done this month/next month like this. This way, time rolled on years-after-years.

I got to know in the year 2015 that my land possesion has been given to another person, not to me. To my surprise, when i checked with citicorn md shri muktikant badu, he told me that - my registered land possesion has been given to another person. I was asking him - how come it is possible that you have given my registered land to other's possesion. He told me that - there is a mistake from citicorn office, but he (Shri muktikant badu) promised me to allocate me a land of same square feet size from the same area.

I have been following citicorn people including muktikant badu, for more than 1 year since then. He has been telling me that - all the paper works have been done for the new land and it has been sent to lawyer for verification etc. Etc. Now-a-days, i have been checking with them on daily basis, but my efforts are in vain.

I am waiting for some time till to get a concrete response from muktikant badu, else i donot have other option than to go for a police complaint of land cheating.

I have registered many request letters to Citicon Engineers Ltd's Mananging Director and all executive staffs but they never listen but ignoring always without any proper response even over telephone.Here again letter attached for request to get my land possession and cancell the onother one which was registered without my knowledge though Citicon playing with me since last five(05) years & I have lost lot of money over phone, auto, time health lost, tenstion etc Please give the justice soon

My self including 4 of my relative members had taken plot near Gita college saying it will be handed over in Time after 3 years, but till now after 5 years it still hanging out and these people donot respond to phone call properly also. I don't know after so much of trouble we are making money in a dream to build home but why these people play with us. I think Goverment of Odisha is properly aware of all those matters still people are facing...

I have booked one flat from builder in April 2013 by paying 20% of total value but as of now work is not started by them. Tried to contact their CMD in this regard lot of times but no luck. Could you please help me to ensure when the work will be started for my booked flat and why CMD not interested to see by taking money. Mailed also in this regard but no reply, PFB the mail communication. It is really very sad to mention that the service provided by an ISO 9001:2000 certified professional engineering company has been questionable.

We have booked 2 plots at your Sun City project near Sunderpada. One on my father's name and other on my sister's name.
The plot was shown by Miss Shriya Mohanty. It was booked with an initial advance amount and the full payment was made after 2 months.
But during registration, the plot given was something different and at a far off place.

This is not a one off case. It seems that the same has been done with many other customers from HAL, Sunabeda

Please help to take proper steps to avoid such situation so that the sales manger don't take undue advantage to increase their sales and trouble the customers
