This Project perhaps will not see the light of the day. I had already written an email for withdrawal vide gmail dt: 13.01.2022.
I have already paid Rs.10, 75, 200 and even after sendng my mail for withdrawal, my money has not been refunded back.
This Project is complete fraud and I need my money back.

Registered with Delhi Heights with membership number DHS01832 from 2017 for MIG flats. in last 6 years there is no progress on construction and hard earned money is just blocked with no updates. We even are not sure if we have been cheated or we can expect our home to be delivered. there is no enough updates from Delhi Heights, they even didnt help to collaborate all the members so that we can discuss over a common forum.

I have submitted more than 15 laks since the year 2017 when you started the lottery system and took money for the name of the land pooling. So far there are no concrete updates and no clear roadmap. I'm at a crucial juncture and need immediate help to get my money back.

It looks that the company is a fraud. My membership number is DGH 03292 and I have paid about 30 lak rupees as land cost about 4 years ago. The company keeps on changing its CRMs and not giving any specific reply to when they will start the construction
An FIR has been lodged but the investigation is going on at snail's pace. Delhi high court or hon Supreme Court of India should take suo moto cognizace of tje issue and take appropriare steps to put the builders behind bars till they refund 400 crore of the members.

Hi ksingh3401, I thínk there are many people been scammed by this CGHS society. We need to unite and that can be helpful for everyone to know that how we are progressing. Not sure if we have any such groups already to discuss this matter (may be on Whatsapp, Twitter etc.)
Do you have any idea?

the commitment was from you that flat will be handed over in 2022 with all finishing but it is very regret to inform you that mid of the year has already finished and still no any movement things are same as...

This is to inform you that I have booked my flat in Delhi heights in 2019 March but they didn't done % progress till the date last year in 2018 Jun i requests him for refund my amount which is approximately 8 lac but when I went there they always say one word our bank account are freeze it will take time so wait one year passed away i went there every 3 months....

During the AGM of 1st March 2020, it was informed by Mr. Satyender Mann, then President, himself that he had been arrested for the (alleged) fraud of Rs 400 crores by duping 4000 persons of their hard earned life savings. Later released on bail. An FIR had also been registred and investigation into the case was being conducted by EOW of Delhi Police. It is my firm conviction that unless the EOW carries out investigation on a fast track basis...

I am member number DGHS03292 and have invested about 30 lac since about 4 years. The company seems to be a fraudster because Mr Harsh, Asstt to Director and Mr Sachin Aggarwal RM, both have gone incommunicado. They are the only means of contacting the realtor. The reception phone number [protected] never responds nor does their mail [protected]@delhiheightcghs.com. The Delhi High Court or Hon Supreme court should take suo moto action about the fraud of 400 crore which company have played with 4000 innocent people. The realtor Mr Mann and two others were arrested Dec 2019 as appeared in Delhi newspapers but apparently because of their links with politicians and beurocracy, no action is being taken against them.

I had invested in one of the projects of Delhi Heights in 2017 but there has been no confirmed update on the progress and current status of the project we had invested into. I had requested for the refund earlier but I was told that the refund can only happen if I transfer the membership to someone else.
Kindly help me with the same

I have registered for 3 BHK flat (HIG) through online link in year 2018 and there was a lucky draw, my name qualified in lucky draw list and I had booked for the 3 BHK flat (HIG) I have paid around 21 Lakhs till May 2019 for the total land cost of 3 BHK flat (HIG). The company is not providing proper status, they are fooling me saying land pooling is not completed but initially they have told in the advertisement that the flats will be available by end of 2019 but land itself is not occupied, where the hell flat will be ready.
I want my money back as soon as possible as I belong to service class and can't effort to loose such big amount which is my life saving.

4 years ago they told that flats making and possession in 2021 but their is no work in process till now .. I am call him and mail him to refund my whole amount with interest ..
If they not refund the amount I am take legal action and police FIR in section 420 ... They use many people's money for last 5 to...

I had got lucky draw in 2016 and submitted a good amount of money.. Till now no concrete progress...and now even no one is there to answer our calls...
Give our money back...legal action has to be taken against u.

It’s been almost 5 years and I have already surrendered my membership but still haven’t got any refund they are cheating and have looted not sure why Delhi government or any other authority are not taking any action against them.
