Citiz Market — complaint about frauds product

I have ordered 2 kurtis on 6th sept 2017 and from your online site i.e. citizmarket.com.
The products got delivered it today i.e: 11th Sept 2017.
The products delivered are completely different from the products which was ordered online.
There are no such options for feedback on the website or a contact details with whom we can complaint about poducts.

Very very dissappointed with products received.

Kindly look after it. Or will register your complaint against sending the fake products

Yes...it is fraud company...material is not valid as it whose shown..

I ordered Kurti worth Rs.370 and they have sent some cheap quality unstitched material.Plz refund the amount or else need to file complaint against your site.Inspite of this need to choose rating...are you ppl not ashamed for cheating the ppl like this...

I have ordered yellow kurti and what I received is half meter cloth of different color and it is of very low quality. They have charged 371 rs for this. No source of contact. Now only came to know that is a fraud company. Please help in refunding the money.

I have ordered green kurti and skirt but I received half meter cloth of different colors and it is of very low quality. They have charged 371 rs for this. Not picking the calls and no reply of emails and messages on whatsapp. Please help in refunding the money.

i ordered a beautify kurti and now i received is just a piece of cloth which is just the wrong product and now from the site i m unable to return, exchange or contact. even on your site there is no cost of product or purchase option are available totally blunder and wastage of money. kindly return it or else send me the product what i ordered. my order no is 63665

I too ordered a kurti and received a very bad quality material cloth . I have paid 425 and I want it back otherwise I'll not even think to file a case against your ### company .
I am a lawyer and I know how to handle this but expecting this to be solved in a smooth way .
Take this as a warning .
Expecting a prompt reply by this week, otherwise anything can happen .

I have ordered kuti in online I have not received product till now. Atleas they would have return money no response from them. Very very bad
